We have always brought our 3 vehicles to Bredemann since they moved to the location on Dempster. I’ve been very pleased with Richard in the Service Department. Service Department is awful starting with service manager Mike Cooper and service consultant Andy Maravola. They lack customer skills , very dismissive of customer concerns and time. Mike Schneider of Bredemann Toyota and the entire service department are exemplary. Trust no one else. In a world full of less than stellar people, Mike and his team are pure gold. My Toyota Prius 2015 ha department are exemplary. Trust no one else. In a world full of less than stellar people, Mike and his team are pure gold. My Toyota Prius 2015 had an electrical issue that another mechanic could not solve for 8 full days. When I brought it to Mike's attention, the issue was diagnosed and the problem solved within just 2 hours and at a cost far less than I anticipated. The service department at this location cannot be beat when you consider everything involved. Of course you can try to find a cheaper alternative, but you will pay a dear price for inferior work...or like in my case another mechanic may keep your car for over a week and never fix the issue! His attitude was off-putting, bordering on unpleasant. He also tried to pass off an incorrect estimate as the requested service. Careless, checked out, unfriendly are words that describes the experience perfectly. Perhaps Mr. Schneider was just having a bad day. However, the customer experience does matter. Will not be returning unless the experience improves. More
