We apologize for your frustration - we are only following Toyota's policy and suggested maintenance. The Toyotacare policy covers normal operating conditions which is a rotation every 5000 miles or 6 months (whichever comes first), and an oil change and rotation every 10,000 miles or 12 months (whichever comes first) for vehicles requiring synthetic oil. After the Toyotacare free maintenance policy expires after 2 years/25,000 miles, it is still only a rotation every 5000 miles/6 months and an oil change and rotation every 10,000 miles/12 months. If you want your oil changed more frequently than required we can do that but it is not covered under Toyotacare. We apologize for your frustration, and were only trying to save you from spending money on unnecessary services.
