This place has both Sales and Services like many other dealerships. While the sales people go above and beyond in keeping the customers happy, the reps at services division do quite the opposite. I personally faced this condescending Bridgette Berrio who got me frustrated at services because even after showing her the receipt of buying a light and telling her i needed the part replaced, she made me repeat multiple times asking “which part sir?” loudly. I gave her the receipt of the rear light i bought at the same center, but she still asked the same question as if correcting me. I told everything about the car i bought - the make, model, year and what needs to be replaced. She was clueless. I had to tell her to search for my car i bought at the same place to get through her head. She later made me wait for an hour even though the fix was done in half hour. I know this because i kept a watch on the repairs. I only waited assuming someone will notify me but no. I saw her chatting up her coworker but only when i went to ask her she told she was just about to call me. She said the delay was due to my car was being washed and it was completely free. My wife said it wasnt about the money - she didnt want our new car to be machine washed (due to concerns of paint protection we had paid extra $450 for the paint color during initial purchase). It was what happened next which made me furious. We went outside and checked my car and it was just wet due to rain - there was still lot of dust on the back. I went back asking why she said it was being washed and lied to me about the delay but she went “oh you didnt want it to be washed right, good it is not washed” with a smug look.I mean why on earth make me wait if my car wasnt being washed? Super unprofessional body language and communication. I paid $250 for the part and $170 to get it installed only to come home dissatisfied with the behavior. My initial good impression i got from sales went down after dealing with someone like Bridgette at services who doesn’t know what they work on or who they work with or how to talk. Im never going back. This review will go to all social media platforms. More
My first time to service my car here for synthetic oil and filter change. My 2015 Lexus RX 350 have 12 months, 10,000 miles oil change interval if you put a synthetic oil 0W-20. But after service, they put a little sticker in the upper left corner of windshield to remind me to bring back the car for oil change again after 6 months or 5,000 miles. Are they really put synthetic oil 0W-20 or they just want to do it twice instead of once a year? More

First, I came in for inspection 2 months ago when they identified a problem with my car. When my car is ready for service about two weeks ago, I ordered the parts in advance for my service, and when I come in, Bri told me the ordered parts were wrong and it was my mistake because "I ordered over the phone instead of coming in to order directly". In the end, when I noticed the price difference between what they actually charged vs what Bri quoted the first time I visited, it turned out that Bri put the wrong information in the system in the first place, which caused the parts department ordered the wrong parts. Second, I have two parts to replace for the service, aside from the wrong parts ordered, I asked about whether the other part was ordered and ready for service, Bri completely pretended she doesn't understand my question and repeated the information about the wrongly ordered parts. In the end Bri was even pretending the two parts "were the same thing". When I asked the 10th time that "I'm asking about part B, not part A, do you understand what I'm asking?", Bri finally called the parts department and asked about the status of part B. Turned out Part B was in stock already. How can someone working in a car service dept provide such unprofessional services? Worse experience ever and I will never come back to this place. More

We went there for an oil change for my 6 month old 2022 Highlander. When I picked up my car there was a some scratches on my hood. I complained and they checked the video and they couldn’t tell. All they had to do was buff it out but the main manager was extremely rude, he didn’t wanna listen and told us fixing this is off the table because apparently we are not allowed to be upset at all. We walked out with scratches and filed an official complaint with Toyota. Too bad they lost our business. We also ended up going to westmont Toyota a week later and bought another car just because the manager at bredemann Toyota didn’t wanna deal with the damage they caused. Granted this location is Very close to my home and it would’ve been convenient to get my car serviced. But they lost our business! More
I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments to do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make yo do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make you wait hours even when you have a scheduled time. I think the person in charge of scheduling at the dealership should be fired for incompetence. The next time I have to wait hours I will send a bill for my time wasted. More

No help from general managers, had to call back multiple times because they will not call back. Find another dealer, any issues they cause will be at your cost. I am a loyal Toyota customer. Worst experience from Toyota ever! More
