I test drove a few vehicles. I was given all possible rebates. Paul, the salesperson found all applicable rebates for me and presented the best deal for me. I also had A-Plan from Ford. From the first visit until the last moment of purchasing the car all of my questions were answered very patiently and I ask a lot. When I left the dealer I only had one question in my mind; what's holding me back from purchasing? I contacted a few other dealers afterward to learn that there is no negotiation over A-Plan discount. However, I felt more comfortable with Bredemann people. It is very obvious they want to build a long-term trust-based relationship with their customers. Here are 2 examples for that. First, after the first visit when I was just checking the vehicles, when Paul learned that I do not have a ride back, he drove me back to my place. My wife and I were looking for a family SUV to replace our Acura RDX which had become too small for our needs so we checked out a 2018 Ford Explorer at Bredemann. We had the pleasure of working with perhaps the kindest car salesman I have ever encountered, a fine gentleman named Paul Ipjian. Mr. Ipjian is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and patient. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various options/trims/choices while we test drove two Explorers without any high-pressure sales tactics. Once we had decided on the trim level and options we desired, Mr. Ipjian quickly located a unit that met our needs exactly, all the while remaining very responsive. All of the other Bredemann staff members I encountered were also very professional and friendly.
