Three generations in my family have always had a great experience at all Bredeman dealerships! The general manager, John Sagat Jr., was very professional, did not waste my time, and was a complete gentleman. He oversaw the sale of John Lee. He also was very knowledgable about the car technology and happily assisted my wife. I could have saved myself a lot of time and stress if I would have visited Bredeman first. Paul can answer any question on the vehicles and goes out of his way to understand what type of a vehicle you're looking for. Maybe most importantly, the negotiation process is much simpler than I've experienced in the past. Both times we've worked with Paul, he gets to a reasonable price quickly. As far as financing, that process is also easier than I've experienced in the past. They do go over the various packages offered (e.g., warranties), but there's no pressure to take them. We'll keep working with Paul. We know he'll point us toward the right vehicle, and the rest of the process is very low-stress. More
