Add to the obstacles the fact that we were looking at a category of car that was completely new to us. Paul was calm and extremely knowledgeable and never pressured us. We had recently decided it was time to take a cue from the environment, so we were looking -- we thought -- for a hybrid. Largely because of the information Paul was able to provide, we bought a car that goes a step beyond a hybrid and runs on an electric charge that should take me and my C-Max Energi through most of my days around town.
