We were specific in what we wanted and figured they would probably not have it, but they had two == one was really for US. The time spent searching for our car was over months of research but once we decided on a model and what accessories we wanted, we were lucky to find Bredeman and exactly what we wanted at a great price! They helped us through the whole buying process pleasantly, explaining everything. It had been a very long time since we had bought a car so were glad to have the extra help. More

This was an excellent experience from the first contact on the Internet to laughing in the finance office. Paul was a very transparent, fair and friendly. There was no haggling over price or going back and forth to the manager as in the old days. He gave me a fair price from the very beginning, based on my research from True Car and Kelly Blue book. I ordered the car I wanted and there was information suggested but no hard up selling. He gave me great advise and I completely enjoyed the purchase experience. Steve the finance manager was also very nice to work with even after I switched from a lease to a buy at the last minute based on Paul's excellent advice. Steve presented several extra warranties which all the research tells you not to buy but he made a compelling case for the maintenance program which I did purchase. Overall this is a great organization with great people and a fantastic beginning to end experience. More
Wanting to utilize Fords $2000 rebate for the Mustang I located a car I liked that was at a dealership on the South side of Chicago. Having good experience with Bredemann in the past I thought I would go located a car I liked that was at a dealership on the South side of Chicago. Having good experience with Bredemann in the past I thought I would go there and see if they could get the car for me. That is when I met Steve Travnik. He is very friendly, easy to deal with, and very professional. Within minutes he printed out my "out the door" deal with or without a trade in. He gave me the print outs and told me he would call me in a couple of days. Steve then called me to let me know he could get the car if I wanted it. I replied "get the car" and within a couple of more days, the Mustang I wanted was at Bredemann waiting for me. At this point Rick Serrano took over. He showed me the car, answered a few questions and asked when I would pick it up. Rick made the time to talk with me even though he was dealing with some other customers. He balanced his time between us very well. When I go to pick up the car the next day, the weather was changing and thunderstorm warnings were issued. I was getting nervous because my brand new Mustang was outside. I asked a couple of salesmen in the showroom to move my car inside in case of hail. Next thing I knew my car was safely inside the building. That is when my wife and I met Steve Settler in Finance. He was very nice and also very professional. He handled everything very well and explained what we were signing and why. At this point I asked Mr. Settler to hurry up because I wanted to beat the storm and get my car home and safely parked in my garage. He was nice enough to accommodate my request and finished up with us very quickly. At this point Rick Serrano told me "the keys are in the car, good luck and drive safely". Well I decided to hurry home with my brand new car. As I drove home the weather became scary, dark, and extremely windy, I am happy to say that I got home and in the garage JUST in time. As my overhead door came down so did the rain. And did it rain. Well, as it turns out where I live in Mt. Prospect we only had rain. However Niles and Morton Grove had a lot of hail and Skokie had many trees damaged and uprooted. The damage from the storm was the opening story on the news. So thanks to the 3 people I mentioned at Bredemann - helping me with my concerns - my new Mustang was safe and in the garage just in time. I appreciate these 3 men putting up with my concerns and helping me cope with the situation. I would strongly recommend the Bredemann line of dealerships. I have now purchased cars from Bredemann Lexus, Ford, and Toyota.... More

This was the fifth Ford in 12 years that I purchased from this dealership. Need I say more? I must confess that I've felt a certain loyalty to Ford because my late father provided for our family by working this dealership. Need I say more? I must confess that I've felt a certain loyalty to Ford because my late father provided for our family by working at the Woodlawn Stamping Facility for over 30 years. His retirement, when left to my mother, allowed her to live very well. Nonetheless, my loyalty could easily have shifted had I encountered the least amount of unhappy experience from a dealership. Bredemann's sales staff, financial management and service department are always top notch - professional, knowledgeable, very competent and never pushy, to say nothing of courteous, which permeates right down to the clerks and the custodians who wash the cars! My relationship with Bredemann has been ongoing, between purchases and service (under the expert guidance of Mike Reyes). That car dealers inherently have bad reputations has been folklore for decades. Not Bredemann. I can't speak for all Ford dealerships, but I would bet that Bredemann easily stands with or rises above the best of them. It's always a pleasure to purchase cars, bring them in for service and chat with the Bredemann community. You can be sure that I'll return when it's time for my next car. More

Especially if you purchase your vehicles there, you can receive a free loaner when yours is being serviced. The Service Manager Mike Reyes I have found to be truthful in every way. He really cares about the customer and taking care of the service getting it right the first time. Pricing is also great Their newsletters, with coupons, come in handy. You can't go wrong purchsing and serving your vehicles at Bredemann. In fact we have sent family and friends there all who have purchased and now servicing the vehicles there.
