Steve helped resolve an issue with the X plan PIN, going "above and beyond" to help me get the deal done. He showed no signs of frustration or impatience either, although the problem was an error by my friend, Several others whose names I don't know helped to train me on the fancy "extras". Two very nice young ladies taught me how to set up and use the entertainment/GPS/Sych features, and two young men helped me with how to work around a glitch in synching my phone's address book, Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.
