Just so you're aware of the situation I am in. The first day of having the car was good, I had a great experience and I got a "new to me" vehicle it was about 6:00-7:00PM. We got home around 9:00Pm because we live 2 hours away. The following day I try to start it and have a little trouble turning the key to the on position. After a minute I was able to turn the key and start the vehicle. I took it to my brothers shop he manages and one of his mechanics looked at it for me and stated that the ignition lock cylinder was bad and needed to be replaced, front and rear struts are leaking so that means that I'm going to have to replace that soon, leak on power steering tie rods inner and outer, the engine air filter needs to be replaced, the brake pads need to be replaced, the front rotors are scratched up and need to be replaced and it's that time for a tune up. I've already got a quote for $4000 just to get all that done. After I got the quote I tried to start it and it gave me a little trouble but my brother was able to start it after a minute. I was going home but I had to stop at cvs. When I went to go back outside my key didn't work at all. I was there for a while until I got picked up. They finally called and said that they would most likely be able to send a tow truck in the morning so they can bring it back to the dealership to look at it. It stayed there from Thursday August 1st - Saturday August 3rd where I had to get it towed and paid $250 cash just so he can tow it back to my house because cvs said they were going to get it impounded if I didn't get it off their property. So you're telling me I get a newish used car from you guys and it craps out on me on the second day and I'm going to still have to pay for all of this? Y'all state y'all care about the people even after they buy a vehicle but I haven't really heard anything from you guys. I've been trying to reach you guys but not many people have been responding and not returning my calls. I've been having to follow up with the receptionist "which has been super helpful". I also had to miss work last week Wednesday to get the vehicle and then Thursday and Friday because the vehicle was stuck and my wife needed to go to work. Now I'm going to have to miss additional time because of this and get behind on more bills. I just want y'all to make this right, please. I have a mortgage, 2 car payments now, 2 kids and a wife to feed and we need the money. And still today nobody is answering me on what they're going to do. I've missed 4 days now and tomorrow will make 5. More
We were traveling through and had AMAZING HELP from Bravo Honda service! They put my car up on the lift and reattached the shield that came loose. On a Saturday with no wait. And no charge. Stay away from this business. These people are lairs, from salesman Jason Castro to managers. Before I drove off from dealership with the car I purchased from them I pointed to a functional defect that was not disclosed to me. I was about to drop the deal but the sales guy signed a paper that the issue would be fixed. It has been 5 months of calling, texting and emailing, with managers involved. The sales guy was pretending he was doing something and fooling me around for few months, then stopped responding and managers promised to call back and never did. Their manager Gabe requested me to send him the estimate to get that fixed and promised to follow through. But nothing was happening. Every time I called the dealership a nice secretary would tell me the person I was asking for was in the meeting and will call me back. Never received a single one of those calls. Hope this sharing of my experience will help others to look for a more trustworthy dealer. More

This was my first car and let me say, my standards were met and I was extremely impressed, especially with the service.
