You can read details below, but here is summary: Service Department is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership, and that bar was already set pretty low based on past experiences Department is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership, and that bar was already set pretty low based on past experiences at other dealerships. Best to service elsewhere, where you can actually get in touch with your service rep, and they don't hang up on you when just trying to reach someone. Poor process, poor customer communication, poor customer service. Also pointless to leave vm with service, never got a call back from that. When I bought my truck there, very friendly people. BUT brought RAM 1500 into service on Nov 7th for recall and issue with rear seatbelt (under warranty). Service agent is Donovan. Was supposed to be a quick re-flash for the recall and inspection of seatbelt. Was supposed to be only half day, but no call by noon on status, so I called @ 1:39p, got routed to vm and left message. @ 3:51p still no call back from them, so I called again, got routed to vm AGAIN, but vm full for service, so routed to operator who didn't pickup and operator vm full too! Called again @ 4:43 and 4:44, still can't reach anyone and was supposed to pickup before they close. I finally got a call back @ 4:49p, so I rushed to pickup my truck. The fun was not over, they needed to order a part for the seatbelt. Service tells me 3-5 days and they will call me when it arrives. 3-5 days maybe the part came in but NO CALL to me. I called them 20 days later! Oh yes, they have the part, but no call to me. Scheduled Dec 6th to install seatbelt buckle, brought truck in 9a and helped by Diego (not Donovan who was busy at the time). He says it should be quick and will be done today. If you read this so far, you can guess what happens next. No call on status by 1:42p, so I call to get update. Routed to service vm. Still no call back by 3:28p so I call again, routed to vm so I call again to operator. She routes me to cashier because she says the service people hang out around there, and you guessed it, straight to vm for the cashier, so I route back to operator...she then picks up the receiver then hangs up on me. I was calm until then. Called back to operator and said that i am coming in now and want to speak with management. She FINALLY got Diego on the phone and truck will be done in 10 minutes. Got my truck back, and will never buy or service from that location ever. Worth going somewhere else. Bravo Dodge/RAM takes the win for the worst customer service in their service department. More
Horrible place to go for service or to buy a car. Slimey salespeople with no interest in service. If they can’t rip you off they ignore you. The service department quality of work is the worst I’ve e Slimey salespeople with no interest in service. If they can’t rip you off they ignore you. The service department quality of work is the worst I’ve ever seen. They repaired my Jeep and left so many parts uninstalled. Bolts we missing hoses were falling off and after 5 miles it had to be towed back. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to fix my issue! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALER!!! And will tell everyone the same to save them the headache and time More
I took my Jeep in because the engine seemed to have some issues with the crank position. The serviced advisor shared that it looks like it needs the flex plate replaced and it's a hard part to find. I foun issues with the crank position. The serviced advisor shared that it looks like it needs the flex plate replaced and it's a hard part to find. I found the part and had it delivered to the dealership; it cost me $750 for the part. They told me they have one mechanic that can work on it and that he would get to it in a couple of weeks and it will cost $1600 for labor. They had my Jeep for 3 months and didn't fix it and on top of everything they dented and scratched the rear corner passenger side of my Jeep. I took it to Glendale Chrysler and they were able to fix the engine issue in a couple of days. Here is the timeline of excuses from the Alhambra dealership: - It's a big job so we don't want to tie up a bay in case any complications arise so we're pushing out the repair time - Your car is old and we're not sure we can fix it, if you are okay then we'll move ahead and if anything breaks you'll have to find the parts - Our mechanic is really busy and we are going to treat your car as a project so it's going to get done over a longer period (they had my car for 3 months) - Last excuse was that we can't fix your car: our dealership doesn't have the computer diagnostic tools to analyze the problem I spoke to the service manager (and email the general manager who never responded to any of my messages) and they offered to compensate me $400 for the $750 and that they wouldn't be able to do the work. I would have been okay with that if the advisors hadn't damaged the body of my car. The Glendale Chrysler dealership quickly assessed that there was a loose pin on the connector for the crank shaft position sensor. It was an inexpensive part and a quick fix. Now I'm stuck with a $750 part that is useless to me. Unfortunately, Alhambra Chrysler does not have well trained mechanics and the trustworthiness of their service advisors is questionable. I will say that the Service Manager was kind and helpful and should be commended on trying to solve the issues caused by his staff. More
Horrible service department!!!! Christian Asencio was the service advisor. Car was dropped off 6/30 at 11:30 am. Car was promised at end of day. Called all afternoon next day 7/01 for an update on and no ans service advisor. Car was dropped off 6/30 at 11:30 am. Car was promised at end of day. Called all afternoon next day 7/01 for an update on and no answer, all calls that were transferred to the service department went directly to voicemail. Texted the number provided and no answer. Drove to the dealership for update. When i arrived he went to check with technician and said the car hasn't been looked at because the assigned technician called off. Two days and the car hasn't been looked at or reassigned? Such incompetence and bad customer relation. When i asked for an estimate of when it would be ready, he gave me no answered. Said he didn't know until the assigned technician looked at it. I asked to have it looked at by another technician and he said they all went home at 5. He said i was welcomed to take it elsewhere. Please don't waste your time bringing vehicles for service if under warranty. They seem to work on cars that pay for services first and then warranty vehicles. More

Back in November I took my new car for its first service. Oil change was done however tires were not rotated (I marked them) even though I asked specifically. I also put a claim for two warranty issues: my r Oil change was done however tires were not rotated (I marked them) even though I asked specifically. I also put a claim for two warranty issues: my rear window was leaking and my sun shade had broken after a week. It is now February and I have never recieved follow up. I have gone 3 times and spoken to an arrogant guy called clay, each time assuring me that I would be called back. I also called 16 times between January and February and have never had my call picked up by service beyond the operator. Usually dealers suck after the purchase that's assumed but this is a whole new level. I went a couple of times and finally got them to set up an appointment for the sun visor in March. They changed it and half xxx installed one without the garage opener (When I say half xxx I mean not fully tightened screws). I had to call back and received a sissy fit and no call back for two weeks. Had to go back in again because again no one answers phones at this place. After losing my temper due to lack of accountability I was asked to come on a Monday and leave the car to change the visor and seal the rear window. By Friday my car was back with half assed installed visor, a rear window that looks like a toddler smeared sealant all over, a fender flair that was ripped from the sockets (because these idiots stepped on the plastic fender) and my bed cover bent from the same idiot stepping on it. I cannot say this enough, DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS BUSINESS. They are not worth even a single star. More
Awful misrepresentation. Completely untrained stuff and irresponsible management. Called beforehand to return leased vehicle. Was told by a representative that I don't need an appointment, welcome to come irresponsible management. Called beforehand to return leased vehicle. Was told by a representative that I don't need an appointment, welcome to come in today and can do it on that dealership even if didn't lease from them. Came in to find out that there is a specific person that handles lease-end returns, he is not in, I need an appointment and have to lease from them to terminate the lease there. When I asked to talk to that person that misguided me so badly I was told that there she is in another building, and then that there is no such person employed. They didn't want to take any responsibility for their stuff or even apologize for misinforming. Simply said, that they have new operators, like that should explain the situation and satisfy my frustration. It is very possible that their sales department is great and wonderful, but with this level of service I would not make a purchase with them. Most likely they wont take care of your problems in the future, should you encounter one. More
Worst service This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm, I was told that it would be 2-3hrs max. I said it was ok and I would wait. He didn't offer a loaner car or shuttle service. After 2 hours I decided to take a walk with my special needs son that was getting restless. We were gone for about an hour. I later called for a shuttle to get picked up. When I arrived I asked if my Jeep was ready, Eduardo was like I just called you about 15mins ago, I said no you didn't. There's no message or a missed call, then he said oh I got busy! So what is it you called me or not, he was saying that was a leak in the coolant system and needed my ok to replace it and I said well if it's under warranty go ahead, so if I wouldn't have came to the front desk & asked for the status, you wouldn't have said anything and I would be waiting in the waiting room still. He assured me it would be fast. But lied to my face. After another 1.5 hr I said this was enough. I asked for the service manager. Instead of apologizing or getting on the phone to check on the eta, he just ignored me and disregarded me, sent me to the manager. Where he was given a chance to explain and he did not make any effort or wasn't even sympathetic that I've waiting for 5 hours. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I must've been the calmest client there, since I work in customer service, I know how to fix things but Eduardo really needs to be Educated, taught, he needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect & dignity. he's not a service advisor in my opinion . Even though the service manager offered a free detail I declined, I would never step on that lot again, never again. So AVOID this place, at all cost. Unless you want to an express oil change that will take 5 hours. More
