The 5 stars are for Bonnie, she is awesome! I didn’t get his name but there was a young guy who was on his phone the whole time while I was trying to drop my off my vehicle. He was wearing a flat bill hat facing forward and adjacent to Bonnie’s desk. An important part of customer service is direct eye contact and acknowledgment of customers!
