In my opinion this is NOT a dealer you want to purchase a car from. We got duped into buying a car that supposedly have towing package and had nothing on it. After the towbar / Hitch was installed that was car from. We got duped into buying a car that supposedly have towing package and had nothing on it. After the towbar / Hitch was installed that was as far as the tow package went. They put on some of the cheapest tires that you a get. We need to replace them. When we were dealing with the finance manager he Lied to us and told us if we purchased a tire road hazard policy (cost $1500) that just to wait a few weeks and come in and we could get all four tires replaced..He actually gave s a note that said 4 week 4tires.. He is not there now and the dealership says they know nothing about such a deal.. So now we have a completely worthless $1500 policy. We will be purchasing new tires and will get the road hazard protection with the new tires . So we will never be able to use this policy. The sales person who helped with the tow package deal now says he does not remember anything.. More
I would not recommend them. They seem to have short memories - “i don’t remember saying that” or “ that person no longer works here so we don’t know what they told you”.We will not be buying a vehicle from them again. More
After you purchase the vehicle the customer service changes. Appointments are hard to schedule, callbacks are non existent, and they don’t provide services that you agreed to prior to purchasing. I dropped my car off to have a noise looked at and they had it for a week, said they fixed it, and it makes the exact same noise. I only have one key for the vehicle and have been waiting for the spare for a month now. More
Can’t remember the last time I bought a new car. I like the fact that there was no pressure or aggressive salesman. Jacob was very smart & friendly in answering all my questions! Jacob…you da mannn!
