I appreciate your prompt response, yet a bit too little and much too late. I'm of the opinion the only way to solve this problem is to never let it happen again through training your people in COMMUNICTION with your customer. I've had three occasions that required service and sorry to say none was of which were accommodating. No need to try and change the outcome to positive, it's not possible.
