I appreciate your prompt response, yet a bit too little and much too late. I'm of the opinion the only way to solve this problem is to never let it happen again through training your people in COMMUNICTION with your customer. I've had three occasions that required service and sorry to say none was of which were accommodating. No need to try and change the outcome to positive, it's not possible. After 5-hours my vehicle was finally done, I paid more than $250.00 for the oil change due to it being required to use Mobil One which is approximately 17.00/quart. The 6.2 liter engine uses 10 quarts of Oil. Computers track everything, if I was the manager I would log on to Bravo's computer system on a daily basis to see what our turn around time was. You might ask why do I take my vehicle to Bravo? I take it there in an effort not to void the factory warranty which requires me to utilize Mobil One Motor Oil.
