This dealership doesn't give you the vibe that people normally expect from car dealerships. They're not pushy. They don't stand over you like vultures looking to make a quick buck. Dealer unfamiliar with other brands within GM. I have a Chevy Colorado. The service agent that treated me wasn’t even aware of the info screen in my instrument cluster. I was informed I needed to I have a Chevy Colorado. The service agent that treated me wasn’t even aware of the info screen in my instrument cluster. I was informed I needed to go to a Chevy dealer to have any problems diagnosed. Even the simple 15k service was inadequate. I came in with lower than recommended tire pressure. I left with the pressure unchanged, still low and unevenly so. Even after I made sure when I arrived that they had nitrogen for the tires (came that way from GM) because the last Chevy dealer did not have nitrogen. I had to go back to have the pressure adjusted. They put it to the recommend Cold Pressure. It was 104*F outside and I drove 25 minutes. Had to have them put in 3 pounds extra. Next morning the pressure was just right. I can understand the Cadillac only knowledge, but what else did they not check that is required for the 15k service? Air pressure is a simple one. And even then they did that wrong. More
