Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. I called about a vehicle & was told by a saleswoman I’d receive texts with more info & a credit application. It never came, so I called the next day & called about a vehicle & was told by a saleswoman I’d receive texts with more info & a credit application. It never came, so I called the next day & explained what happened & was sent to a different salesman’s voicemail. I left a message (was on Saturday) & never heard back, so I tried for the 3rd time Monday where I talked to ANOTHER saleswoman, Yoahna, & was told, again, that I’d get texts with more info & a few pics I requested as I’m out of state. I also mentioned I could fly out the next day to test drive & buy if everything was in the condition they stated. Again, never received anything more from them. It’s now Tuesday & I just got a notification that the car sold. Obviously they don’t care, but I was ready to buy almost a week ago. I tried to be understanding, bc things happen & I’m sure they have other people to deal with, but I guess that’s the wrong approach since it seems they have zero consideration for your time. If this is how they treat people before you buy, I can’t even imagine the nightmare they are to deal with getting the deal done or anything afterwards, & glancing at the recent reviews, I’m not the first person to have this issue here. I tried to call just now to confirm that it did for sure sell, & was sent to the managers voicemail where I couldn’t even leave a message because the mailbox is full lol sounds about right. P.S. The parts service person was very courteous and knowledgeab. As long as I don't have to have contact or communications with Mike Rodriguez the service will suffice.
