I purchased a vehicle the beginning of April. The salesman “Eddie Martinez was amazing (at the beginning) he got us a sweet deal on 2022 Chevy Malibu. We were appalled that we got approved through a top notch dealership (so we thought) after we signed the papers he drove in the car and mentioned to my wife, dad, sister and I that we have warranty for the next 3000 miles or 3 months whatever comes first. We asked him about the engine issues and he mentioned again don’t worry you are completely covered do not hesitate to bring it in. We inquired about the window tint and he said they will do it for free so we had to take it back in a week we also mentioned about the cracked windshield and he said “don’t worry we will fix that too” Following week we took it in and they tinted the window but didn’t fix the crack (he mentioned that they sealed it) which is a lie because I know what a sealed window looks like and it was not fixed. The following week we had to return because the shifter was malfunctioning, it wasn’t recognizing the park gear. They fixed that but then about 2 weeks after that fixture the car was feeling heavy as we were driving. We called they had us take it in and turns out the fuel injectors are misfiring. I mentioned to Eddie, about the warranty he promised us and how we haven’t even come close to the 3,000 miles or have it for 3 months and he flat out said “well it’s not covered and what do you expect it’s a used car!” I told him I acknowledged that , my other vehicle is also used and from Carmax and not once have I had this many issues in matter of 1 month. He transferred me over to Miss Monica and I voiced my concerns and frustration and she told us well it’s not covered the fixtures are going to run you 1900.. but I will give you a 500 discount. I mentioned again about how Eddie promised us any fixtures on the vehicle and she again said I'm sorry we can’t fix it for free. So now I’m stuck paying for a non working vehicle that is sitting on driveway. This has been the most stressful and frustrating car lot I have ever been through. More

I went in for an oil change on my 2014 Cadillac XTS on August 6, 2024. I was greeted by Ramon Acosta (Service Advisor). He was very friendly. This dealership doesn't give you the vibe that people normally expect from car dealerships. They're not pushy. They don't stand over you like vultures looking to make a quick buck. Do not purchase from them! Purchased a new vehicle from them last week and showed them the price they listed was $2500 cheaper online, they told me they would honor it, had me Purchased a new vehicle from them last week and showed them the price they listed was $2500 cheaper online, they told me they would honor it, had me sign all of the financing paperwork with the lower price listed and then they obtained the auto loan in the amount for the sticker price ($2500 more) and did not honor the online price- they also ran my credit through various financing companies and chose the company with the highest financing rate- it has been a week and I am receiving letters in the mail from the other financing companies telling me that I was approved at a rate 3% lower than the one they chose- love the car but do not recommend buying from them! Terrible dealership, had to take my truck THREE times already this past year. Every time I go I still have to pay something out of pocket even though they discreetly added an extended warranty to the sal already this past year. I’ve had other Silverado’s and never had any issues. And keep in mind when you get the warranty you can’t take it anywhere else which is another pain in the xxx, these people just try to find any way to screw you over and take the most from you. At this point I’m willing to take a loss on the truck just so I don’t have to deal with these people anymore. More
Do not purchase a vehicle from Bravo. First, they took my trade in and did not pay it off; it took me several months of emails and phone calls from both myself and Toyota Motor Credit to First, they took my trade in and did not pay it off; it took me several months of emails and phone calls from both myself and Toyota Motor Credit to correct the matter. The worst part of the situation is they had already sold my trade in and still had not paid off the vehicle. Additionally, they sold me a vehicle with odometer rollback issues. They did not do their due diligence in ensuring that the vehicle was reporting the correct mileage. I only found out when I tried to trade it in at another dealership. This vehicle should have never been sold to anyone. This is clearly a violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Federal Odometer Law. I have reached out to them to correct this matter. I have been very patient and have given them sufficient time to correct the matter. I do not want this vehicle; it was not sold to me in good faith. I requested that they take the vehicle back and payoff my loan. Which is the least they could do considering that I can take civil action for damages that will far exceed the payoff of the vehicle. Yet they were not receptive I had to place a bad review on social media to get their attention. They then offered to have the mileage on the Carfax corrected!!!! NO THANK YOU!! They then offered to put the vehicle up for auction and only payoff the vehicle if it brings 17 thousand. I agreed to this option in a effort to be civil; however Bravo stated the vehicle only brought in 15 thousand; which means they want me to pay the difference for the payoff. Bravo apparently is not capable of understanding the two laws mentioned above. The facts are: Bravo sold a vehicle with incorrect mileage at a much higher cost than the vehicle is worth. This vehicle should have never been sold; especially without disclosing the mileage discrepancy. I no longer want this vehicle, I do not feel safe driving my family (children) in this vehicle. Therefore, I want them to take their vehicle back get me out of the deceptive loan they initiated. Prior to purchase consider if you are willing to deal with all of these issues; the payoff issue and now the larger issue of fraudulent mileage which drastically changes the safety and value of the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and ask yourself if you would want to drive your family in a vehicle such as this prior to purchasing any vehicle from any Bravo location.
