Misleading advertising Although we purchased The car we wanted at a good price, we did feel misled by the fact that their website (and all other car sites) specifically list Although we purchased The car we wanted at a good price, we did feel misled by the fact that their website (and all other car sites) specifically listed upgraded packages that were actually not in the cars. We drove over an hour to this dealership because of both the price and the $1000 upgraded package that was supposed to be included. Be careful and verify before you go that everything you see advertised is actually in the car. They said it was an oversite, but it is still on their website 6 days later. Additionally, I was promised that I would receive a copy of their 27 point inspection report (which was understandably not available on a Sunday), but now I am being told that if I want a copy of the report, I would need to pay for it. More
NEW CAR NIGHTMARE! Bought my new car at Auto Gallery Corona, brought my new car to Auto Gallery Murrieta when they opened. On my second scheduled service, (first visit to A.G.M.) I informed the "service manager" Adonis, that the main electrical system in the car had been going on and off intermittently, without cause. He said he'd look into it. Ordered a replacement and changed it out. Within 15 minutes the system was out AGAIN. No problem, Adonis assures me the Company is aware of the issue and suggests I "get my windows tinted to reduce the heat in the car." Tells me that he will inform Corporate and request a solution. I wait. No word, I email, more "waiting on corporate".... I wait, I email, No word, I call. More excuses about the lack of communication.... vacation, blah blah blah THEN THE BOMBSHELL!!!! "Your car is out of the warranty period for that repair, so sorry but you're SOL!" Of course the car is NOT out of warranty, further evidence of the sloppy, sub-par service experience! Once correcting their records for them (after photographic evidence was provided), NOT A WORD FROM THE DEALERSHIP! Sadly, the entire service experience from start to finish has been a nightmare, and I will be documenting the entire history for Mitsubishi Corporate in an attempt to get the necessary repairs that my NEW CAR requires to function properly. If you can't fix a lemon, SQUEEZE IT! More
Poor follow through and customer service So initially Bill and his manager were very friendly and helpful. They sold us the car and there were still a few loose ends. They sent us on our way So initially Bill and his manager were very friendly and helpful. They sold us the car and there were still a few loose ends. They sent us on our way with a promise that they will be sure to tie up those loose ends within a week. That was on June 14th. There were three things they said they would do when we purchased the car. 1. They needed to detail the car. When we took it to get detailed at their dealership, there are now halograms all over the car. We noticed it after we got home. We called the dealership and they said we had to drive it to the Corona dealership to get the halograms removed by their detailer. We drove to Corona and the halograms are still all over the car. So we called the dealer again and they sent us to the Escondido dealership. And now the halograms/ buffer marks are even worse. The (halograms) are burned into the paint. This all stemmed from a poor detail from the dealership to begin with. So now we have to take it to a private detailer to remove the halograms and pay out of our pockets. This is VERY disappointing. 2. The license plate brackets were not on our car. So we again had to drive to the Temecula dealership to get them put on, but they only had the rear set of brackets, we STILL need the front license plate brackets to be installed. 3. Our car only came with ONE key. We were promised a second key. We were also promised that it would be mailed overnight. We have called the dealership multiple times (7 to be exact) and we are told Bill is with a customer and he will call us back. We asked to speak with a manager and he is "busy" too. We have still not gotten the 2nd key and we have not gotten a call back. I would like this remedied immediately. This is unacceptable customer service. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss how this will be remedied. More

Superb Customer Service, My only car needed a new transmission. Service Manager Adonis Gangcuangco provided a round trip ride all the while staying in touch with me via phone My only car needed a new transmission. Service Manager Adonis Gangcuangco provided a round trip ride all the while staying in touch with me via phone to let me know the progress of their mechanics work. I was supersized how quick this major task was completed. Afterwards Adonis gave me a follow-up call to make sure everything was alright. As a Disabled Senior Citizen, I highly Recommend this place.
