After test driving the truck I fell in love with it and bought it .i read another review on a upset customer that purchased a 2016 ram that was supposedly upset with problems with the truck well then you shouldn’t of bought it or drove it to someone you trusted to Check it out like I did before purchasing it. Tiffany didn’t pressure me and told me take my time which I did. Very professional,excellent customer service and ethical business establishment. Would recommend to anyone looking to for a vehicle to go here and see Tiffany. Thanks again for being an honest, no pressure fair dealership. Extremely poor customer service and unethical business I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 from Braun CDRJ and the transaction went fairly smooth. I was assured that the truck had been through their service department and that it was "ready to go" and they were "Pretty certain" any recalls had been addressed. They supposedly checked an alignment issue that I noticed during the test drive. upon delivery of the truck, I determined that the truck had not been serviced, it still had 4 outstanding recalls, and it still pulled to the right while driving. After battling through the lies from Tiffany, George, and Ryan. They reimbursed me for the oil change and air filter change they had supposedly completed, after I sent them a picture of the old dirty oil filter still on the truck. I also had to take the truck to another shop get the alignment corrected. I would highly suggest using a different dealership as their are several questionable employees at Braun CDRJ. I asked for proof of the service they had completed on this truck and they said they would provide the information but never did. Which confirms my suspicions that they did not do as they had said multiple times. More

Though we didn't buy that vehicle, we found one that suited us better and made the purchase. There really is a lot to be said about dealing with a "small town" dealership. The salesman, Darwin, could not have been more helpful and friendly. We see no reason not to go back to Braun for our future needs. More
