My Brain Experience Marla was very welcoming and did her best to accommodate me. She was quick and friendly. She knew a lot about the car. She showed me how to work all the things in the car and was very informative. The only negative thing I have to say is, the car was supposed to be detailed. I waited an extra hour and a half for that to be done. When I got in the car, it was still dirty, it was obvious it had not been detailed. Marla did say that she will take care of it when I come back for the new tires. When I got home, I had reached back behind the passenger seat to get my purse and it was SOAKING WET from the carpet being so wet from whatever the detailer tried to quickly do to make it look like he did something to clean the car. I actually have a towel on the carpet trying to soak up the water because it’s sopping wet. I am not happy at ALL about that I tried calling to let Marla know, but the office was already closed. But, Marla was fantastic. They need to work on their cleaning crew. More

While looking in the lot a salesman came to me, i I am very pleased with my experience at Braun auto group. Prior to going to Braun i went to Kokomo. While looking in the lot a salesman came to me, i asked where the new Jeep Compasses were. He pointed to the back lot and said over there. Then he said after i walk back there and look at them, if i want anything, walk back up and get him. So i DROVE around the back lot finding only ONE Compass that had a sold sign on it😣. I was so done. I came to Braun, the dealership is smaller but much easier to look around (no back lot). I went insided, met Justin, asked to go for a ride. He was able to answer my questions and in the end gave a fair deal on a great car. Moral - bigger is not always better. More
