This place is full of scam artists. I was swindled into their "beat the house" event. There are 2.00 prizes,not the 10,000. As promised on the phone. Don't waste your time. Brought car to Brattleboro Ford for an oil change and diagnostic and asked for an estimate for parts I was already aware i needed. after keeping my car for over a week they were not sure what was really diagnostic and asked for an estimate for parts I was already aware i needed. after keeping my car for over a week they were not sure what was really wrong with it and made no repairs yet I received a bill for over $550. They said it was standard to charge for giving an estimate for parts. All I received was an oil change for $550, most expensive oil change ever, they will gouge you if they think you are a dummy. A hole-in-the-wall completely underwhelming operation. After being told of "great deals" available at the end of last month, I made a 90 minute trip to have a look at a used RAV4. The vehicle didn't eve After being told of "great deals" available at the end of last month, I made a 90 minute trip to have a look at a used RAV4. The vehicle didn't even appear to have been hosed off after taking it on a trade. And when I asked questions of the vehicle the response was a condescending "no idea it is one of those Toyotas". This guy was clearly unimpressed with the non FURD vehicle and the most positive statement being they could get considerably more money for it at an auction but they would rather sell it directly for less. Interesting business acumen there. Anyway after a test drive there was no way on God's Green Earth it was worth what they were asking so I politely requested their best price. The reply was a gruff "It's on the windshield.". Then after hearing of the "extra fees" I was late for the door but given the trek to get there decided to finish off my question list. I asked about the "We Deliver!" banner on the website listing for the car and was told "we don't do that anymore". Might be nice not to have that on the advertising or at least tell a customer the advertising was wrong. I got the h-e-l-l out of there and chalked it up to a waste of time. Got a ping from the sales guy the next day and replied the condition and price weren't going to work for me. And he says they just sold it for more at an auction. Ok, good for you. Probably should have done so immediately when you took it in on a trade rather than have it sit on the lot for months unable to be sold -- no doubt in part due to the customer abrasive sales approach. Can't really recommend this establishment to anyone. More
