Every time I bring the car into service, I'm told there is something wrong with it. This time it's the battery and air filter; yet the car is running perfectly. $1800 for two shocks I took a CRV in for service to check a squeak inside at the back of the car. They told me it was the shocks and recommended I replace both. I knew this was not likely; not to mention two shocks.....over $1800. Seriously? You've got to be kidding. Do I look this dumb ?? I found the squeak myself. It was in the hatchback door. I had a local body shop find the source. They tightened and also lubricated the rubber stop the hatchback door sets against and charged me nothing. Brannon wanted over $1800 for two shocks I didn't need. To be fair, Brannon Honda has always done very well before this. Its might be worth noting they sent a request to have my car appraised when I brought it in (for trade-in obviously). I still will use them for servicing my car; but I will have a cautious eye when I go in because of this last incident. More

She took her vehicle to two other techs and was advised there was indeed a leak. The leak the other services were able to locate the exact same leak without my mother telling them where the original leak began. Once she had the service repaired, she went back to Brannon for reimbursement. They would not honor the warranty she was provided. More

Tried to bully me into buying a car The sales rep who went with me on a test drive, Maurice, was nice and a knowledgable salesman. But his manager tried to bully me into buying a car. The sales rep who went with me on a test drive, Maurice, was nice and a knowledgable salesman. But his manager tried to bully me into buying a car. I made it clear to Maurice several times that I wouldn't buy a car that day. I had limited interaction with his manager Mike, until I had turned down Maurice's offers several times. Then Mike came walking up and his demeanor was instantly off-putting. Mike came to me and threw a sheet of paper onto the desk with a price and said, "Now tell me what on that paper you don't like?" It was hostile and aggressive. That was a huge turn off...that comment alone made me never want to do business with him. That set the tone for the next ten minutes, where Mike tried to bully me into buying a car. It was hard not to be mean to him and walk out. I can't believe he's been bullying people into Honda vehicles since 1999. I want to give one star but since Maurice is good at his job, I'll give it two. I appreciate Maurice's guidance in the process, but thanks to Mike Jacks I'll never do business with Brannon Honda even though it was a good deal. More

This is the last purchase I will ever make at this dealer. I purchased a 2018 CRV, and around 6,000 miles and told them I had noise on the passenger side, replaced a window seal and didn’t fix the pro dealer. I purchased a 2018 CRV, and around 6,000 miles and told them I had noise on the passenger side, replaced a window seal and didn’t fix the problem. About 10,000 miles took it back and was told it was a door seal, still didn’t fix problem. I mentioned it several 23,000 miles and was told it was tires. Well contacted Honda and was told to take it to another dealer and they also, said it was tires. Well apparently the tires are cheap and are out of warranty per district manager and Honda will do nothing about the problem. Well Brandon Honda wanted to sell me a new set of tires for $1100.00 that I can get at Sam’s for $900.00. I blame Brannon Honda for not doing a correct diagnosis of the tires in the first place. Awful Just bought a used 4 runner from this dealership. They said it hadn’t been wrecked, but was obviously wrecked on the driver side front bumper. When went on the test drive and the vehicle wouldn’t start. They said they would have that checked. They don’t touch up their vehicles like most dealerships. They didn’t want to do any repairs. They did finally fixed two things. Got home after purchase and I don’t drive the vehicle every day so when I went to drive it guess what the battery was dead! So for about two hundred dollars later the 4runner starts every time 😡 More

I know they have my car up in the air when they change my oil. Right? Well the thing that's made me not come back is the fact that they have not filled my wiper fluid up for two straight services. That makes me wonder what are they doing back there for the hour that I'm waiting? Seems like a stiff bill to pay every time I travel there.Its the little things guys! Next oil change and car purchase will be a tameron which is closer to my house anyway. They totally just missed out on my business in the future. ALSO... They called me the other day and asked what car I was interested in and I told the lady that she must not have read my complaint or she would have seen I was looking for a new car but a rep to call me back and tell me why I should ever consider returning. Charlie was a great salesman but the service department lost another sale for him. Tighten it up guys because I know I'm not the only one.... pfftttt! More
