Regular service always goes smoothly and is done in a reasonable time as I wait in the waiting area. For this visit I have a issue needed repair. i brought my new grand cherokee in for some trim install and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the pass and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the passenger side of the windsheild.they brought the vehicle in to the detailing dept and tried to remove the the haze but everything they tried did not work so cheryl notified the warranty company and a new replacement windsheild was ordered.today the winsheild was installed on the vehicle.the install went very well hardley any mess on or in the vehicle.its nice to see clearly again. thanks to all who made it happen.my next project is to get chrome wheels then my vehicle will realy look sharp. More

Brought my leased vehicle back at least 5 times for shuddering and vibration. Not resolved and couldn't be bothered to help. Treated like crap by the owner John Lavalle and not listened to by the service dept who can not think on their own feet! If you like to fight with people and like controversy this is the dealer for you! The sales team is exceptional however they do not run the service dept. More

Had a problem with my 2010 Dodge Dakota I called Lisa P and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. Lisa then told Dolly about my problem the vehicle was taken right into service and a sho and was told to bring the vehicle in so it could be checked. They Committed INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Please check BBB and DMV beofre going to this dealer!!! They took $6,000 for repairs they did not complete! They refuse to answer my phone calls!
