Our expereince with the entire process from start to finish was extremely refreshing. We had been to several other dealerships where the process of just finding the right car was grueling and felt as if finish was extremely refreshing. When we stepped into VW, all of that stress diminished. Bobby was very informative and got to know about us and our needs. He guided us towards our decision and was delightful to work with through the entire negotiating process. Once we had come to an agreement, Joe and the GM were extremely helpful and made certain that all of our financial needs were met. Our trade-in vehicles were inspected and a fair price was offered. Perry spent lots of time with me going over a couple of different vehicles and we ended up with two choices. But I still had a hard time to decide between the two. Never once, did anybody make me feel bad or uncomfortable about taking my time to choose.
