I do want to apologize for the experience you had at our dealership. Steve Mulholland, our Service Manager, and I spoke about your experience. He assured me that we do follow all of Volkswagen’s required and recommended procedures for any scheduled maintenance. We do want to earn your trust (as we do for all of our customers); therefore, please feel free to take your Jetta to the independent service shop of your choice, and have them inspect the work we performed. If they find anything to be substandard, we will reimburse them to make any necessary repairs. As with any concern that is relayed to us, do know we will take what we learned from this experience to improve our service for all of our customers.
