DAHAGGERTY, we are sorry for the miscommunication regarding the tires being sold to you at cost. The reality is, we did sell the tires at cost but there were two things that were not taken into consideration prior. First, was that you needed a fifth tire (spare) and second was that there was tax, install fees as well not included in the cost-basis. As such, our leadership noted that we are willing to completely cover the cost of the fifth tire to aid additionally since it was not discussed prior.
