As I reflect on my recent visit to this car dealership, I am left with a sense of disappointment and frustration. My experience began with a promising application for car finance, but it quickly took a turn am left with a sense of disappointment and frustration. In this narrative, I will detail the unfortunate events that transpired, including the dismissive behaviour of the financial manager and the lack of empathy shown. Last weekend, I visited the car dealership with the intention of applying for car finance. Keagan, the sales rep, was quite helpful and courteous throughout the process. However, my joy was short-lived as I received a call on Monday informing me that the bank had declined my application. Despite my initial disappointment, I willingly returned the car to the dealership and the prospect of getting a good second-hand cash car crossed my thoughts, so I was in good spirits despite the setback and I was willing to engage. Upon my return, I was greeted by Kegan and I was told the financial manage wanted to have a chat with me .From the moment he came through,I could sense a sense of arrogance and dismissiveness emanating from him,his tone was condescending and unhelpful. He spoke down to me, using a condescending tone, and refused to listen to my questions. It's infuriating to think that if I were a different race or ethnicity, I might have received better service. The blatant disregard for my feelings and concerns is unacceptable. I'm left wondering if this kind of treatment is reserved for customers who don't fit a certain mold. As a professional and a writer, I was shocked and dismayed by the blatant disregard for my time and feelings. The fact that I was not offered any form of apology or assistance in arranging transportation back home after returning the car is a stark reminder of the discriminatory practices that continue to plague our society. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and has made me question the integrity of the car dealership. It's important to treat customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their race or ethnicity. I expect better from a reputable business. More
Great experience Josh Johnson was awesome on working with us and making sure we were taken care of from the Start to Finish. We looked at totally of three separate Vechile not just the color but used and eve us and making sure we were taken care of from the Start to Finish. We looked at totally of three separate Vechile not just the color but used and eventually settled for a new one since he shared with us that the better deal was the newer compared to the used one since the 0 percent interest rate and the deal they had going on with 2023 I like that he treated us like he wanted to be treated if he was buying a car himself. This has been our 5th car we have bought as my wife and I and both agreed how the experience was awesome and hands down the best we have ever been taken care of. And we got it done in 2 hours really nice, we had lunch later that day. And we looked at each other and said did we just buy a car? Man, Josh and Credit App guy Carlos B. made it so easy to get it done. Awesome Dealership!!! More
