When I went in to buy my car, I was greeted immediately. The sales staff was very friendly and professional. I was concerned that I might be pressured in some way, but that was not the case. Of course, buying a car isn't a very pleasant experience with all the waiting and such, but the staff made sure they made every attempt to make my family comfortable while the paperwork was being processed. The car is beautiful and I think we got a very fair price on the car and on our trade in. I also appreciated the attention regarding making sure I knew how every thing on the car worked, because I would have been fumbling around for weeks trying to fill it out.
