Bailey was great and for sure is 5 stars. Patrick (finance), I believe that is his name, leaves a lot to be desired. He did mellow out throughout the transaction and gave me a couple of missed rebates, but he almost blew Baileys deal in the first 10 seconds of becoming involved.
