We checked in with our leadership and understand that our team was working to procure a loan car for you, but you left before our advisor had an opportunity to collect the appropriate information and documentation to process it. Your appointment today was for diagnostic to confirm the issue, so that we could get you in a loan car if the repair deemed it necessary.
