Very disappointed with the nondisclosure of price when purchasing a Subaru. We agreed to a price and shook hands, but finance numbers never made sense until we got home and looked at the thumb drive with purchasing a Subaru. We agreed to a price and shook hands, but finance numbers never made sense until we got home and looked at the thumb drive with our paperwork on it and discovered the price was over $3000 more than we agreed to. As there was no paperwork and we were shown only electronically the interest and payment, we never saw the price change until we plugged in the thumb drive that night at home. I have 3 calls into the sales person, Jamie, with no call back so far. I found out they also did the same thing to my sister-in-law's husband last year for $3000 when he bought a used 2025 car from them. I wish I had known this beforehand and I would have shopped somewhere else. Is this Tomes Subaru's business model? We did like the salesperson, but the experience is more than disappointing. More
