We attempted to purchase a used vehicle from Bob Tomes at the internet advertised price. We tried negotiating with them over text. Before we went to the dealership, we agreed on trade value and overall price the internet advertised price. We tried negotiating with them over text. Before we went to the dealership, we agreed on trade value and overall price of the car. We sent them VIN of trade and pictures along with full disclosure of the minor damage to our trade. Once they told us we had an agreement we went to the dealership. Once we got to the dealership, they did not honor any agreement they made and stated that if they did what they agreed to over the phone they wouldn't make any money. While we were there, they offered new numbers to our face, then went to the managers officer and came back with a different set of numbers. They offered and then changed the trade value offer three different times. Not only did they not honor their agreement they added almost 4500 dollars of laughable dealer add ons (Used Vehicle by the way) and refused to remove them. At the end of the conversation, it was a 7-thousand-dollar swing from agreed upon price to what they tried to pull at the floor. It doesn't matter if you are an economy shopper or trying to get one of the more expensive cars in their inventory, please do yourself a favor an avoid Bob Tomes altogether. Your time and money are too valuable to get swindled by this unprofessional and dishonest company. There are plenty of upfront transparent dealerships out there. Choose one of them. More

Everything went well until approx. 4 months later I needed to cancel my extended warranty service contract due to personal reasons. I had sent in the cancellation request to the dealer 4 months later I needed to cancel my extended warranty service contract due to personal reasons. I had sent in the cancellation request to the dealership in mid-August and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. It is now going on 9 weeks, and the warranty company still hasn't received the cancellation notice, and they take 2 weeks to process then it gets sent back to the dealership to give the refund. Sent a respectful status request email to both the Finance manager (Chase Windham) and General manager (David Celis) and neither one responded. I find this very unprofessional and somewhat vindictive if you ask me. Will not deal with this dealership again and will mostly likely not have my car serviced at the dealership. More

Eddie, Chase, and David were all fantastic, honest, and extremely communicative.
