My overall experience was outstanding. I have never had anyone from a dealership that tried so hard to make sure I was happy. Victor found a car for me with everything that I was looking for. I was asked if I wanted something to drink, asked if I needed anything. I waited in a comfortable clean location until my paper work was ready for me to sign. When you see too many internet reviews with 5 stars, you know something probably is not quite 'too legit to quit'...and in this case, that is definitely true. I did visit this dealership twice recently, with the intention of purchasing a new car on both occasions, once on my own behalf and the other today, on my daughter's behalf. I can tell you that this dealership attempts to oversell their cars and doesn't even show you the discount pricing they list right on their website! They try to present you with a quote for full price upfront and who pays their inflated prices these days?! Probably any of the other people who posted that they made a good deal on here (ROFL). After Lin tried to sell me the 2012 Quest for full price, I showed him a paper with the discount (over $7200 dollars) from his own company web site and after a lot of hemming and hawing, he said that different deals are made based on a customer's prior knowledge of ...blah blah blah. In other words, I didn't get to royally rip you off this time you visited but if a customer doesn't know about the big discounts, they will pay that $7200 for not knowing...yeah. The second time I visited today, they did the same exact things again. This time, Lin wasn't there, so Dennis, the salesman he worked with on my Quest deal, followed suit and gave us a quote for a 2012 Nissan Versa, again at full price without mentioning the over $2300 in instant discounts that the dealership states they offer on their website. Then, Dennis (and Lin the previous time) went on to say that certain costs were optional (but their finance people stated not optional lol) and let's just say that we walked out this time and I will never refer them to anyone of my friends or family, nor will I ever buy a car again from them. They can list all the fake reviewers they want, but the bottom line is, this dealership is one big Florida ripoff! I will be visiting Honda, Ford, Toyota soon with my daughter as Brandon Nissan is a big "NO"... I saw them trying to rip off a young college student with her spanish speaking parents today and felt so bad for them. Wow..really sad. Thornton Nissan, in Douglasville, GA would never operate like this towards their customers. I bought many cars there and the sales staff were fair and honest. They would never do the things I've witnessed at Brandon Autonation this past week. More
It was time for me to purchase a new vehicle. I previously owned a 2008 Nissan Rogue and absolutely loved the vehicle. I chose Autoway Nissan of Brandon for my first stop as I have many friends at previously owned a 2008 Nissan Rogue and absolutely loved the vehicle. I chose Autoway Nissan of Brandon for my first stop as I have many friends at work that spoke very highly of the dealership. When I arrived to the dealership, Daryl volunteered to help me look at 2012 Nissan Rogue vehicles. He was friendly and personable and immediately made me hope that this car buying experience would be pleasant and painless. Daryl took me around to the different 2012 Nissan Rogue vehicles and I settled on a pretty light blue one for my test drive. I opened the door and sat in the leather driver's seat (already loving the car!), tried out the heated seats and the panoramic camera system and the blue tooth. (My excitement for this being my possible new car growing by the second.)During the test drive, Daryl manned the radio and showed me the capabilities of the awesome Bose system. We also tested out the sun roof and Sport drive. Very cool! I was almost sold... I loved the vehicle but the price had to be right. We returned to the dealership where the negotiations began. Although the evening was long... the negotiations were painless and I definitely felt that I was treated fairly. I even felt I was treated special. After the negotiations were completed, Daryl transferred me over into the capable hands of Ali Reza for the final paperwork and warranty discussions. Ali was personable, informed and very pleasant with a great sense of humor. Although I was the one buying the vehicle, I felt like he was doing ME a favor! Which he did. I was able to keep everything under the budget I had set my mind to and left the dealership in my beautiful light blue (freshly detailed) 2012 Nissan Rogue. I will be back for the illuminated kickplates! I would absolutely without a doubt recommend this dealership and would definitely recommend they ask for Daryl Young and Ali Reza! More
My experience with Howard was wonderful. He was patient, attentive, detailed, courteous, and informative. When my family and I initially went into Brandon Nissan, we were looking for a used truck. We worked attentive, detailed, courteous, and informative. When my family and I initially went into Brandon Nissan, we were looking for a used truck. We worked with Howard over the course of several days, and always felt that he was willing to be flexible and adjust when we changed our minds on something. Overall he went the extra mile for us (e.g., searching other dealerships for vehicles that were suitable matches to what we were expressing to him, researching information on how to ship a car from FL to the the U.S. Virgin Islands, and not pressuring us). We ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle. Although it was not the initial plan, we are completely happy with our purchase. Thanks Howard! More
The purchase went very good. I was shown a few cars. Then we discussed a price and I got discount to fit my budget (I bought by cash). The sales team was friendly and not overly pushy.
