Poor Service Department ne of the most pathetic service department i ever visted for a car,I had passenger side window glass issue which was going down and not coming up when ne of the most pathetic service department i ever visted for a car,I had passenger side window glass issue which was going down and not coming up when i pressed it to bring up,the first day after 3 hours i was told motor is not working,asked me to come when they have motor next day,waited for a day no response,next day i call and i get response its here,i went at service station,after 5 hours wait i am being told,its not right sized one,so they will order new one asked me to come when the other motor is here,next time i gets the call ,i visit service station again and this time after 3 hours they say motor fitted but switch is not working ,and now side glass is not going up at all,waiting for next visit,in between these times no regret for time wasted,every time they say wont take more then two hours and they return you without getting car serviced.Feeling extremely bad with service provided. More
Disappointed. Had to take my brand new car in for a recall problem with the hood. It took them 2 weeks to take care of it. When I picked it up I realized that someone had been using it. They had forgotten to retract the child seat belt in the rear. Realized didn't have it long enough to put that many miles on it. My husband wanted to see if the hood was now secure and when he lifted it up to check someone had left a water bottle sitting on the engine. It's a good thing I had only driven it home before he saw it. Nice work guys. More

We gave them a couple times hoping it was just a bad day but each time is worse. This one is HORRIBLE! They wouldn't fill our fluids when asked, they put our windshield wipers on wrong and this past time, our car came back running so rough! We have a brand new car, it should not be running as rough as it is. They just chalked it up to wear and tear. It was NOT that rough when we took it in the shop and it came out sounding horrible. I would NOT recommend their service department at all! More

no warranty for broken a/c my mother took her sonata in for a/c repair it only has 50k miles on it and the compressor went out, she is a widow on a fixed income and they said th my mother took her sonata in for a/c repair it only has 50k miles on it and the compressor went out, she is a widow on a fixed income and they said the warranty expired because of the months not mileage the price was $1200.00 to 1300.00 for the repair they didn't offer a reduced rate or even attempt to get it covered under the warranty since she couldn't afford to repair it she picked it up from the dealership with no air in these 90 degree heat and went home, wouldn't buy another Hyundai ever. They Redeemed Themselves!! I had a previous experience at this location - my first time ever going there - that was less than stellar. In fact, it was just awful. I was so ups I had a previous experience at this location - my first time ever going there - that was less than stellar. In fact, it was just awful. I was so upset, I left a very negative review. And although they ended up not charging me for the minor repair, I was determined that I would not be going back here again for future service. A couple of days later, I was contacted by one of the service managers and I have to say that they did the right thing and apologized profusely and said that they didn't want to lose me to another dealership. They asked me to consider coming back for my next maintenance service free of charge and if they improved, would I continue to be a customer? I thought about it and decided that I would allow them to do my next oil change and IF I was satisfied with their work/service, then not only would I come back as a customer, I would write a new review letting folks know that they do care about their customers and want to do what they can to make things right. I did end up going back and was very happy with the service that I received. I am glad that I gave them a 2nd chance. If you find yourself in a similar situation, see if you can talk to the manager and work something out. I feel that this could be the NEW beginning of a good partnership. Consider it... More

The case worker at corporate tried his best to assist me in my plight against this willfully uncooperative service department. To ultimately no avail, they sent 10 emails that were not returned . When multiple case workers attempted to call. (Main case worker had a death in the family) they were promptly hung up on. What was the herculean task that Hyundai Corp was looking for the service department to do you may ask? They wanted a few service records faxed/emailed over. The way the service department responded is as if they were asking them to sacrifice their new born son to the elder god Cthulhu. I personally will never do business with this slimey service department again let alone the entire dealership. For any service needs I am going to Hyundai of Tampa . Which on a side note actually tried to help me in my plight. More
Scam in Service Department I've purchased for cars from Hyundai, two of which were from Brandon Hyundai. The last time that I came for nitrogen in my tires, I was informed that I've purchased for cars from Hyundai, two of which were from Brandon Hyundai. The last time that I came for nitrogen in my tires, I was informed that I had a hole in my tire from a nail. When I was shown the whole it was perfectly made. When I refused to buy a tire at the dealership as I had done in the past I was allowed to leave the dealership driving on the rim which was unsafe and left me feeling as though I as a long time customer didn't matter. I'll never buy from Hyundai again More
Poor service Taken 3 of my Hyundai's for service at this location, not once have I felt confident with their work. 1) 2012 Sonata 40k miles: AC intermittent is Taken 3 of my Hyundai's for service at this location, not once have I felt confident with their work. 1) 2012 Sonata 40k miles: AC intermittent issues, blower would stop working. Took it to the dealer, since the blower was working at the time, i was told nothing could be done. Service rep advised me to take video. Managed to take videos in 3 different occasions in 1 week before taking the car in. Showed service rep videos that clearly show no air was blowing through vents. Was told they had to replicate issue at dealing before replacing any parts. Had to live with issue till I traded car in. 2) 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 5k miles: ABS sensor issue, brought in for repairs. Dealer replaced ABS sensors, now I felt vibrations while driving on the highway. Was traveling out of town and could not schedule appointment at dealer. Had to pull into a tire shop while traveling because vibration was significant. Both front wheels were out of balance because someone had knocked out the weights on the wheels. Had to get wheels balanced. 3) 2014 Genesis Ultimate: Decided to trade in my Sonata and get something sportier. Purchased my Gen in May. The first time I washed my car (2 days after purchasing) I noticed one of the wheels had curb rash on them. I immediately contacted the dealer and was told that there was nothing they can do because i should have mentioned it during car delivery. Lesson learned. They promised me tints so I had to take back to dealer. Tints had tiny bubbles on back windshield, was told to give it a month because bubbles sometimes disappear with heat. Waited a month, bubbles still there, took back to dealer and was told i waited too long to notify them. (enough about purchase experience, moving on to service) After 9k miles on the car about 5 months after purchasing (i put about 20-25k a year on my cars), i noticed vibration during braking. Notified my service rep twice and both times i was told the mechanic did not notice vibration over a period of a month. I decided to drive 30 miles to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and get a second opinion a week later. Sure enough, they found both of my front rotors where warped and took care of the issue under warranty. This dealer is bout 7 miles from my house but going forward i will drive the extra 23 miles to get proper service. You have been warned.. More
WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WE RECENTLY HAD OUR HYUNDAI IN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND WHEN WE FIRST TOOK IT IN WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A CALL WITH AN TIME WE COULD PICK THE CAR UP WE RECENTLY HAD OUR HYUNDAI IN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR AND WHEN WE FIRST TOOK IT IN WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A CALL WITH AN TIME WE COULD PICK THE CAR UP AND WHAT ALL WAS WRONG AND NEVER GOT A CALL. AFTER I HAD TO CALL AND TRACK DOWN OUR SERVICE WRITER TWO DAYS LATER HE SAID CAR WOULD BE DONE MONDAY NIGHT OR TUE EARLY. WE CALLED ON TUE MORNING TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS READY AND WHEN WE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH OUR SERVICE ADVISER SOMEONE PICKED UP AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES AND SAID HES BUSY AND DOS'NT WANT TO TALK TO US RIGHT NOW. WE THEN HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHAT THE STATUS OF OUR CAR WAS. THE CAR WAS NOT FIXED UNTIL WED AFTERNOON. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD AT LEAST RUN IT THROUGH THE CAR WASH FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT THE CAR WAS MUCH DIRTIER THAN WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF. I NOR ANYONE I KNOW WILL EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
