He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable around him and I knew he was honest about the work I needed done. We were instructed on the process of getting it there and even received a follow up call from them to insure all was well. Dan White was excellent. He made sure he spoke to either myself or my wife through the entire process. Even saved us a few bucks. The only hiccup was that getting a hold of a service person on a Saturday was extremely difficult but the lady that answered the phone kept at it till I was successful. More

Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her ap Wow, what terrible customer service! Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her appointment time for an oil change. When I called to complain (she was too nice) the receptionist was zero help. The icing on the cake was when my wife saw members grilling in the parking lot - either A) take less appts if you plan to grill out, or B) deal with a 2+hr back up you have. They have apparently chosen C) treat customers like garbage, withhold information, and be a generally terrible company. Would not recommend. Will not return. More

Don't go here! Last week, my 87 year old grandmother came to this dealership to get a broken door handle fixed on her car. Older car, no payment in years, and let's Last week, my 87 year old grandmother came to this dealership to get a broken door handle fixed on her car. Older car, no payment in years, and let's not mention that she wont be driving for much longer. She left with a brand new car, over a $300 car payment, and a $200 month insurance hike. There are laws regarding exploitation of the elderly and it seems this dealership needs a refresher course. Disgusting. More

I have never been around such one word answer people in my life until I came here to get my car serviced. The sales person I talked to didn't want to listen to me. Its like I was interrupting it 8:00 AM coffee break. The man back in parts didn't want to listen to me and kept giving me answers to my questions that I already knew. I will be finding a new Mitsu dealer to go to for now on More
