Great Service Mario was great. He listened to what service I needed done on my car and before letting me know what was recommended, he checked the history of my ca Mario was great. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable around him and I knew he was honest about the work I needed done. Garbage customer service Wow, what terrible customer service! Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her appointment time for an oil change. When I called to complain (she was too nice) the receptionist was zero help. The icing on the cake was when my wife saw members grilling in the parking lot - either A) take less appts if you plan to grill out, or B) deal with a 2+hr back up you have. They have apparently chosen C) treat customers like garbage, withhold information, and be a generally terrible company. Would not recommend. Will not return. More

Don't go here! Last week, my 87 year old grandmother came to this dealership to get a broken door handle fixed on her car. Older car, no payment in years, and let's not mention that she wont be driving for much longer. She left with a brand new car, over a $300 car payment, and a $200 month insurance hike. I have never been around such one word answer people in my life until I came here to get my car serviced. The sales person I talked to didn't want to listen to me. Its like I was interrupting it 8:00 AM coffee break. The man back in parts didn't want to listen to me and kept giving me answers to my questions that I already knew. I will be finding a new Mitsu dealer to go to for now on More

Poor Service Department ne of the most pathetic service department i ever visted for a car,I had passenger side window glass issue which was going down and not coming up when ne of the most pathetic service department i ever visted for a car,I had passenger side window glass issue which was going down and not coming up when i pressed it to bring up,the first day after 3 hours i was told motor is not working,asked me to come when they have motor next day,waited for a day no response,next day i call and i get response its here,i went at service station,after 5 hours wait i am being told,its not right sized one,so they will order new one asked me to come when the other motor is here,next time i gets the call ,i visit service station again and this time after 3 hours they say motor fitted but switch is not working ,and now side glass is not going up at all,waiting for next visit,in between these times no regret for time wasted,every time they say wont take more then two hours and they return you without getting car serviced.Feeling extremely bad with service provided. More
