I am writing to formally report that I experienced sexual harassment from your Service Manager, Brian Guber, while I was a customer at Brandon Hyundai. I have changed my name to keep my identity safe online harassment from your Service Manager, Brian Guber, while I was a customer at Brandon Hyundai. I have changed my name to keep my identity safe online due to Brian making me feel this uncomfortable. During my visits, Mr. Guber made inappropriate and unwanted remarks of a sexual nature toward me. He commented on my body and made suggestive remarks. His behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe as a customer. This conduct is unacceptable, and I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and addressed immediately. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and I do not believe any customer should have to experience this type of harassment. I surely hope that this is not happening to employees. I am returning to withdraw my previous review. It has been a total nightmare since I purchased this Jeep from Hyundai. This vehicle was delivered to me without going through the 99 point inspection. Week 1 lights on the dash came on. Week 2 trip to autozone to get reading on diagnosis codes. Called Hyundai numerous times left messages for Mangement and sales rep to call me. The battery was on its last limb and unable to charge. I had to replace the Dash Cluster. ESC & Traction will not go off. Suspension was hanging on by a thread. One wrong turn or one deep pot hole/man whole, I would’ve lost my life. Right side track bar xxxx near fell apart. Right now I am at the point of reaching out to for legal help. I’ve called Hyundai numerous times to speak to the manger and I am still waiting on a returned call. It’s been five months since I’ve asked to speak to a manager again. Let me not leave out a small tiny crack is on the windshield when it arrived. I traded in my vehicle and wish like xxxx I didn’t. i will not be taking this post down. Therefore, do not call and ask me to remove it like you did the first and second time. The service department is good and they are knowledgeable. It is always busy and I think sometimes things are rushed and not looked over thoroughly. Mario was condescending, when i declined services because they were out of my budget he acted like my car was a waste of his time. I had to ask if my car was getting worked on today, if they needed to order they were out of my budget he acted like my car was a waste of his time. I feel like if i never asked he would have let my car sit there an extra day. Every time im at Brandon's Hyundai its a hectic, cramped space.
