I am returning to withdraw my previous review. It has been a total nightmare since I purchased this Jeep from Hyundai. This vehicle was delivered to me without going through the 99 point inspection. Week 1 lights on the dash came on. Week 2 trip to autozone to get reading on diagnosis codes. Called Hyundai numerous times left messages for Mangement and sales rep to call me. The battery was on its last limb and unable to charge. I had to replace the Dash Cluster. ESC & Traction will not go off. Suspension was hanging on by a thread. One wrong turn or one deep pot hole/man whole, I would’ve lost my life. Right side track bar xxxx near fell apart. Right now I am at the point of reaching out to for legal help. I’ve called Hyundai numerous times to speak to the manger and I am still waiting on a returned call. It’s been five months since I’ve asked to speak to a manager again. Let me not leave out a small tiny crack is on the windshield when it arrived. I traded in my vehicle and wish like xxxx I didn’t. i will not be taking this post down. Therefore, do not call and ask me to remove it like you did the first and second time. My response to Hyundai will be the same response I’ve received from them through this whole nightmare. NOTHING!!! This review is from the date of purchase till now, March 23, 2025. More

The service department is good and they are knowledgeable. It is always busy and I think sometimes things are rushed and not looked over thoroughly. Abel Gomez is wonderful. Serviced received 12/20 motor light returned on 12/26. Actually made appt at another dealership and drove to Brandon Hyundai not knowing of my error. Mario was condescending, when i declined services because they were out of my budget he acted like my car was a waste of his time. I had to ask if my car was getting worked on today, if they needed to order they were out of my budget he acted like my car was a waste of his time. I had to ask if my car was getting worked on today, if they needed to order parts, and if it was ready. When i texted him these questions he answered in as little words as possible. I feel like if i never asked he would have let my car sit there an extra day. Every time im at Brandon's Hyundai its a hectic, cramped space. Its been 5 years at this dealership and ive met some nice people working there, but overall im so annoyed to be there More
I usually don't rate but I thought this was necessary. I have been going to this place for more than 13 years now, never had issues. I dropped my car and never heard from them for 4 hours, I called and the guy name Dave, didn't even know I have dropped the car and he is the assigned person. Then two hours later my car was still not in for service. I end up taking UBER home from the work and then again next morning uber again (not covered by Hyundai).Next morning my car was not even washed. When he tool my car to wash it smelled like weeds. Then today I happened to notice my car has 4 lugs missing from my back tire and one from the front tire. More
