I have been using this service center for the last 6 years and this was by far my worst experience. Not only did the technician not do the job I paid for but then the valets made the problem 10 times wo years and this was by far my worst experience. Not only did the technician not do the job I paid for but then the valets made the problem 10 times worse. Providing answers they knew nothing about. Blaming me for the problem. Then having an attitude with me since I wasn’t as nonchalant about the problem as they were. Then purposely moving my vehicle and not telling me where it was and then getting upset when I was using the alarm to find my own vehicle which I thought it was there job to bring the vehicle to me, then being valets and all. More
