Brandon Honda’s Service Director has contacted me and we are in the process of taking care of this situation. We’ve spoken about everything that has happened and he’s given what I feel are very sincere apologies and is going out of his way to help me with getting these repairs. I am happy the dealership is taking ownership of their service and am looking forward to working with them to come to a resolution with my Honda. I will keep all my reviews updated as my car gets the paint repairs it needs.
