I was impressed by the way she made sure to exhaust all resources before making a final decision. This shows her willingness to assist, job knowledge and respect for customer's time. I witnessed as she faced complaints from customers about service issues, and how she maintained her professionalism at all times to provide a quality service. I’ve had nothing but problems with Brandon Honda Multiple parts of my car keep getting recalled to be painted, but not before I bring it to their attention and they tell me it’s not covered. I’ve paid out of pocket for things that should have been under warranty, only to have to fight to get my reimbursement. The shop they used to fix the manufactures paint got paint (or grease) on my roofs interior and their paint job needs to be re-done. I’ve waited months to meet with managers, called off work for an appointment made for a wrong time with a person who wasn’t even there that day. When trying to sort this all out I was in the market for a new vehicle but when I asked why I should buy a Honda when I can’t get any of my present issues resolved I was told to take my business elsewhere and I bought a Toyota that same day and have been very happy with it. Now that I am back in the market for a second family vehicle and I will not be returning to Honda. Can't wait to see how the paint issues effect the cars trade in. More
I woke up 11/14/13 in my brand new car and I got an notice that my tire pressure was low. I came to work email my salesman Jim King and told him what happen he advised me to come on in Linda :). I brought my car in about 2:50pm on my lunch break and pulled up to the service department and a nice lady greeted me and then a nice man came out greeted me to and ask me how can he help me. I told him about the notice about the tire pressure he said no problem and took my car back and I went in the service area. I went in and found Jim we hugged I saw Sharaz he was happy to see and I saw Hector they still remembered me :) I saw Grant he remembered me as well and I remembered all of them. It felt so good to be remembered and treated like an human being and not a number. The entire staff at brandon honda dealership is awesome. After having the oil changed through the express oil change, my car was put through the car wash (after I had it detailed at work that day). Corey was more than extremely professional, he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. What I appreciate the most about Corey was not only his patience with me when asking him numerous questions about leasing, financing, etc., but also him being honest and trustworthy by recommending which option was financially best for me. Hanani was friendly, helpful, and easily explained everything that my Pilot would need to have serviced in the near future. He also made sure that I received a car wash that I did not get on a previous visit. Thank you both for an overall pleasant experience. More
I purchased a used 2006 Honda Pilot EX-L (RES) on 9/6/2013. Jovino Castro and Sean Walsh were extremely helpful with getting me the right price for the SUV. On the day of delivery, the Rear Entertainment system was not working so they set up an appointment for me to bring it back in. On the day of the appointment, I was one of the first people to be taken care of by the service advisor Scot Townsend who was real friendly and explained to me in detail what the procedure will be in repairing my vehicle. The entire staff at Brandon Honda are very friendly and welcoming. Although I live in Sarasota, FL, I will have all my services performed there. I am already planning on purchasing another vehicle from them. More
