The Best Customer Service Award I've purchased 4 cars from this dealership and drive 35 miles one way to have them serviced here as well. I hate to even write that I had a negative experience in the service department but I did and it was a doozy. After his car was there for an extended period of time Jennifer Chasse and Grant Hocking swooped in and saved the day for my family. Jennifer went above and beyond the call of duty to restore my faith in the dealership and the service department. She and Grant truly made me feel like Brandon Honda valued me as a customer which is huge these days and sometimes the only thing that sways a decision. For a big purchase such as this you want to know you've got the support long after you drive off the lot and I can assure you (after 4 cars) that Brandon Honda is there for you. There is no doubt that I'll be buying my 5th car from them as well. More

Service Dept./Ken Miller Ken Miller, asst. serv. mgr., was very helpful when I spoke with him about the problem I was having with my CRV. Unfortunately it was no longer under Ken Miller, asst. serv. mgr., was very helpful when I spoke with him about the problem I was having with my CRV. "Edit" Do not take your vehicle here for service "Edit" I have been contacted by the service department at Honda and we are in the process of dealing with all the issues that have been going on. So f "Edit" I have been contacted by the service department at Honda and we are in the process of dealing with all the issues that have been going on. So far so good things might be looking up. I purchased a vehicle here and they had replaced the clutch prior to me receiving it and after a few days i was inspecting under the car and found 2 main bolts that hold the transmission loose and about to fall out!....it gets better. The 4x4 shift linkage was also not connected, the shift boots very sliced with a knife instead of removing the shift knob and also i found the starter was missing one out of the two bolts that hold it on. All these issues correlate to the mechanics at brandon Honda, i would never get my car serviced at a place like this all the guy was doing it cutting corners toget the job done as soon as possible. I got the run around from the guys at service and al that was done was push me towards it could be this and that no one would stand up and admit fault for anything. This is what you would expect from a mom and pop car lot with shady mechanics, even when we had the car on the lift in the shop the mechanic that did the work could do nothing but point out other issues with the jeep other than what he had done. I also purchased the Skylink gps unit for the vehicle and was told it had been installed when we purchased the car and once we went to register the car there was no record of any units with that vin #.....so i call them and actually they never put on in. So i drive an hour to get it installed and I'm on my way. A few days later i go to test it and it registered nothing. So i called the guys up at Sky link and they said the install was faulty and i needed togo back to the dealer. So here i am having to drive yet another hour back to brandon Honda for there poor mechanics quality control. All it would have taken was a quick test to confirm the device was functioning properly. At the end of the day i would stray away from getting your car serviced at brandon Honda i experience both a very simple job and also a very large job and neither were completed properly. More
