Although I had to wait about 45 minutes for my car to be brought up, I did not mind since the rep was very personable and professional. But once my car was pulled up for pick up, it arrived dragging the front bumper. Apparently whomever parked my vehicle ate the curb upon doing so, and thought it was okay to drag the bumper across the parking lot. Once arriving, instead of apologizing or trying to find a solution to the issue, he handed me back my keys and said, "that's how I found it." I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Brandon Honda and will be sure to not only never bring my car for service there again, but also never consider their dealership when purchasing a new vehicle in 2017. Worst detailed and service ever This has to be the most unprofessional place. They treat your car exactly like it's not theirs. I went in for a complimentary detailed when I purchase This has to be the most unprofessional place. They treat your car exactly like it's not theirs. I went in for a complimentary detailed when I purchased my new 2016 Honda Civic coupe. Which I waited for till the perfect weather. I might as well had waited to do it else where. When arrived at Brandon Honda by shuttle. I looked all around and saw a big crack on my windshield keep in mind my car is new just made the first payment last month and has been garaged kept. I don't even eat in my new car. My car just hit 2k miles. When I noticed that I went right in to show them what happened I was beyond pissed you couldn't imagine. While walking in I bumped into Grant Hopkin. He told me how are you doing. I explained not to good just brought my car in for detail and now windshield is cracked. He told me wow that's not good and walked away. Then I spoke with Carina who helped and tried to get things settled. Which she brought me to Erick Vogel. He also apologized and said they will try and take care of it. So they brought me home again and I waited and waited. Keep in mind I had my car dropped off at 930 a.m so time went by and by when shuttle was ready to pick me up he had got sent to macdill airforce base. They gave him wrong address when I live 5 mins away from dealership on falkenburg. It was now 6 o clock and they sent Carina to drop off my car at my home. While checking vehicle out i noticed still a crack on windshield and I can tell where they filled it in at. I spoke with grant after shuttle took me home second time he told me if it's not to your liking and you can notice I will replace windshield. So I called him and said well I need the windshield replaced I can notice it where they filled it and still see a crack. So he did say ok I will take care of it. But of course when I took his offer he started going into Science wind gravel and debris. Telling me that nobody in hais staff did that but will take care of it. While still throwing blame somewhat on me like if I did it. Even the young guy who took my vin down complimented how cool looking my car was and asked how long I had t and all. There was never ever a crack because I keep all my cars immaculant. Just to say I got in the only argument with Grant Hopkins and it's by far he worst experienced. I've been through this once already with my fiancé Lizamarie who bought a car from them a few months ago. She just finally got her tags like 1 month ago. After having car for a few months. The service and buy was horrible. As she still convinced me to buy a car their and all. But to get a complimentary service and to leave with negligence and roughness left on my car. Would of been better not to bring it in. So going in today I spoke with Carina and she didn't know anything about windshield after making a few calls she later comes to me while waiting for enterprise saying my car will be done tomorrow afternoon. When I spoke with Grant Hopkins last Thursday and told me when was a good time just to brush me off the phone to get my windshield replace. I told him Thursday is my day off and it gives you enough time order windshield and so. So she comes to me saying tomorrow it will be done somehow the order didn't go through which I know was a lie. They didn't put anything to begin with because they should of had everything Ready the day before I came in. It was a whole week. Worst service and wouldn't go to them for any service taking my service to Wesley Chapel after they fix my windshield. More
Experience I had the best experience in service that I have ever had at Brandon Honda. I used the shuttle service while my car was being serviced, and my advisor I had the best experience in service that I have ever had at Brandon Honda. I used the shuttle service while my car was being serviced, and my advisor, Erickson Salcedo, kept me updated, and was very informal, pertaining to the services being acquired. I have been to Brandon Honda many times for different services, and have never had such a positive experience as this one. More

It seemed to be in very good condition, inside and out. My only concern, before we made the deal, was that breaks be fixed and checked because there was, a very slight pulsing when slowing down. And, there was cleaner residue, or something in the door paneling. The sales person assured us that they would each be taken care of before we left. We spent 7 HOURS at the dealership that day, waiting for credit approval. We were tired, and getting irritated (especially considering we were already at another dealership and APPROVED within minutes) - and they weren't going to gouge us on the rate. They just didn't have the vehicle we were looking for. The sales person was relentless and would NOT leave us alone while we waited. Whether is was some sort of "Shepherd's" sales tactic or not, he should be able to read his customers. I don't care about his 100 pics on his phone! Moving on; We finally got the car, and of course being drained, did not notice that they did NOT fix the brakes properly OR remove the residue inside. Neither was noticed until after we left, we were so exhausted. So, that was VISIT #1. VISIT #2 After a couple of weeks, the brakes were no better and now squealing. So having to take 5 HOURS out of our Saturday, brought it back to the dealer to have them checked and fixed. They did. So they said! VISIT #3 Went in for an oil change, and service tech mentioned there are brake problems. STILL?!!! But they didn't have the part. So, AGAIN, we had to go back down there. VISIT #4 They say they've fixed the brakes. At this point, they are seeming okay with a very quite, slight squeak once-in-a-while. Very sick of going down there. Really! I work over 60+ hours / week, and those 4 visits cost us a LOT of time and money! OVER 21 hours were spent just buying and fixing the brakes on this car! And a gift card is supposed to make it better? Hm. Won't likely go there again. WAIT! Below, I see the option to rate their "friendliness" - REALLY?! It's a dealership! Most are going to seam friendly. "Genuine" is another story. More
Revised Review Since I was displeased with my service recently, I was called by the Operations Director and asked to stop by at my convenience to discuss the problem Since I was displeased with my service recently, I was called by the Operations Director and asked to stop by at my convenience to discuss the problem. After a short review of my feelings, Eric Vogel explained in detail what my Service Agreement did and did not cover. It actually covered most of what I thought it would. However, since the "Ding and Dent" coverage was not at all what we were told, we were able to delete that coverage. We are now satisfied with our first service visit with Brandon Honda and know what to expect on future visits. More

I was told that it would take 1 to 4 weeks for the parts to arrive, so called again on August 24 to check on the status and was told they hadn't come in yet and that Brandon Honda would call when they did. I called again this past Monday, September 19 for an update and spoke with Venus Sanchez, who apologized for the delay and then checked and said the parts had arrived and scheduled an appointment for yesterday, September 21. She also advised that it would take 2-3 hours, so I brought my car in at 10:00 am. I then called again around 2:00 pm and tried to reach my service advisor Bob Hovorka, who was on the phone with another customer, so Venus said she would check with him and get back to me, which she did around 2:30 pm. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills and thanked her in person when I checked out. I also met with Bob, who has been my service advisor in previous visits, before leaving for a review of the work that had been done. He has always been courteous and attentive, and was again yesterday. When I left and was just 15 minutes down the road, my air conditioner began blowing warm and then hot air, so I shut it off and tried adjusting the temperature, which was at the lowest possible setting when I left the lot, but it still was not working properly, so I turned around and called Bob to let him know what was happening and that I was coming back. But while driving back and speaking to Bob, the A/C began working again so he said to monitor it and let him know by email if it continued to do so today, even though it was his day off. So far, so good on the A/C, and again I appreciated him wanting to be advised. More
Save your money and go somewhere else I’ve been going to Brandon Honda for the last three and half years. Initially, I received great service from both the mechanics and the service staff I’ve been going to Brandon Honda for the last three and half years. Initially, I received great service from both the mechanics and the service staff. Unfortunately, over the last year I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Six months ago, I got a power steering service as recommended by my service advisor. About 2 months later, my husband noticed that my power steering pump was making noise. I brought it in and they claimed I must have a leak. Upon inspection, my car was found to have no leaks; the mechanic that worked on it prior had just forgotten to fill up the fluid. Like another reviewer noted, I had my tired rotated and filled. The mechanic failed to properly screw on the cap; I lost it as well as tire pressure. I brought the car in and filled up the tire and replaced the cap. My visit this weekend was the last straw and I will no longer be getting my car serviced at this location. I went online and made an appointment for 2:00pm – for my airbags to be replaced (recalled) and to have my spark plugs serviced. That morning I decided I also wanted to add on my 90,000 service. Knowing that it was a Saturday, I thought I should call and make sure they could fit it all in. The lady on the phone said yes and to bring my car in now. I drove over and waited in the bay area for 24 minutes for a service advisor. During this time, I watched several service advisors and valets walk around on their phones – helping NO ONE. Finally someone came to my car and I went inside, thinking I would get an estimate of the work and be told when to come back to pick up my car. Instead, the advisor said someone will call me shortly to go over the estimate on the phone. At this point, the service line was out to Hwy 60 so I said fine. 3 hours later an advisor called me and told me my car would be ready at 5:00pm. At 4:30pm I received a call to tell me that my car would not be ready until the morning. I said fine. On Sunday morning, I called at 9:00am, when they open, and asked for a courtesy pickup. I explained to the girl on the phone I had a 10:00am appointment and would need someone to pick me up right away (I live about 7 minutes away). She said someone would pick me up in 15 minutes. My service advisor called me at 9:24am to let me know my car was ready. I explained to her that someone was picking me up any minute and I would be there shortly. She said she would make sure someone was on their way. At 9:50am, I got a call from a valet letting me know he was leaving to pick me up. I got to the dealership at 10:05am (clearly I missed my appointment). I asked to speak to the manager, told her I was done with this location and explained all the mishaps. She was apologetic…whatever. Shortly after leaving the dealership, I realized some of the items from my glove box were on the floor of my car. Once home, I went through my glove box to make sure everything was still there. I noticed a specialty envelope (I had purchased from Etsy) containing my insurance card and registration was missing. I called the manager back and asked her to check to see if it was in the shop. She called me 1.5 hours later and left a message stating that the mechanic put everything back in my glove box and I must have forgotten that I placed the envelope somewhere. SERIOUSLY??? The idiot left a bunch of my stuff on the floor and why on earth would I take my registration out of my car!!!! So now I am out the cost of my Etsy envelope, a duplicate copy of my registration, and I will have to pay out of pocket for my future tire rotations (since I bought my tires at Brandon Honda). I NEVER write reviews online, but this place deserves their 1 star review. Save your money and go elsewhere – I certainly will. More
