Rachel contacted me, and I advised her when it would be convenient. The next.day, I was provided with timely transportation. Rachel provided me with information regarding the services performed. Exceeded Expectations My car was towed to the service department because it would not start. The towing service was initially paid for out of pocket. It was determined th My car was towed to the service department because it would not start. The towing service was initially paid for out of pocket. It was determined that the fix for my car was covered under factory warranty. I was under the impression the extended warranty service I had on the car would cover the tow charge, but because the fix was under factory warranty there was an exception to a claim for towing reimbursement. After I found out about the exception, Neil, the service manager that I was in contact with during the claims process, offered to take care of the tow charge. This act exceeded my expectations and is a great example of how to provide great customer service. I highly recommend Brandon Honda's Service Department to Honda and non Honda car owners alike. More
