I really appreciate both Bob and Erik for their caring treatment I received at this dealership. I have used services of three other Honda dealers in Tampa bay area in the past and none comes close to friendliness and quality of Brandon Honda. You can be sure that when my family is ready to get another new car, Brandon Honda will be the first place we will consider. In addition Mr. Gary Jarrell approached me with offer of trading my CRV with a brand new one! I was tempted, but my CRV is in great shap and paid for, so may be next year. Brought a 2006 CRV/AWD in for some routine service/35,000 mi I had my CRV in service, and was looking at the new vehicles, met with Gary Jarrell/ Sales and discussed my present 2006 CRV vs. the newer 2014 models I had my CRV in service, and was looking at the new vehicles, met with Gary Jarrell/ Sales and discussed my present 2006 CRV vs. the newer 2014 models . I was impressed with the changes made to the newer CRV, took one for a Test drive. I was happy with my existing CRV, but the many changes made in the last 8 years, made me decide it was time to trade. I drove home in a new 2014 CR-V. No Hassle, No pressure, my decision. Gary was great to deal with, he listens, gives accurate answers and explains all the options available. This is the Fourth (4th) HONDA I have owned, and the Third (3rd) I have brought from Brandon Honda. I have always been treat well, with no pressure. Service has always been good. This Dealership has its ACT together, with knowledgeable Sales and Service employees. My thanks to Gary Jarrell for all his help in this sale. More
Out of Respect for Customers I went to the dealer for an oil change and it took over 20 minutes for someone to help me to register the car. Then some one call the parts director a I went to the dealer for an oil change and it took over 20 minutes for someone to help me to register the car. Then some one call the parts director and he took all my information and asked me to wait at the lounge area. About two hours later I decide to check on my car and what a surprise I had when I see my car parked in the same spot where I left it. I did talk to another service man and he told me that nothing has been done to my car and not even a ticket was created to send it to the garages. Then the service manager took it from there and send some one to do this job. I was at this dealer from 1:14 pm until 4:15 pm well over three hours for an oil change. When I was leaving my Father in Law just came for an oil change and he was also tired of waiting and had to leave with no service done. Unfortunally these service people are afraid to let their customer know that they are to busy to do a repair and ask to come back the next day. I am sure that this is the last time I purchase an honda car and I wont let my kids to own this brand in the near future. More

It is, without a doubt, the very best Dealership Service that I have ever experienced (I owned my first car in 1956 and have had service on my cars since that time.) I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord from Kuhn Honda in July 2013. In November my radio started freezing up when trying to change the station. I was told over and over by Megan Williamson and Eric Vogal that since they could not duplicate the issue they could not fix it. Again after many attempts, the radio and the radio button on the steering wheel were replaced, the issue continued. I filed a complaint with Honda of America on February 28th 2014, who instructed me to take the car back to the dealer, they had the car for 4 days and could not duplicate the issue even though I had sent multiple videos of the occurrence to Seth who shared the videos with Megan and Eric. I picked up the car on Friday March 21st and still was told there was nothing else for them to do until they could duplicate the issue. Once the car was home I realized that there was a rock scratch on the hood that was not there when the car was left on Monday. On Saturday March 22, I planed on taking the car back to the service dept to show them the scratch, when I started the car the radio froze again, I drove to the dealership and spoke to Seth and Eric who finally saw what I was referring to with the radio freezing. Even though Seth had tried explaining to Eric and Megan multiple times my frustration with this issue, it took Eric seeing the event himself to make a decision what to do next. I have been told that they will replace multiple parts one at a time until I determine that the issue is fixed. My biggest frustration is that they could have started this process many months ago if they had just believed my videos. Seth has always been kind and understanding in my frustration with this issue. I would not have proceeded this far without his help. He never made me feel like my issue didn't matter. Seth is probably the only reason that I have continued to bring the car there for service. I hope that there is an end to this frustration soon with the new plan of attack. Only time will tell. And by the way the scratch on the hood was completely taken care of as well. Now, just over a year later, the battery, once again, failed. I took the vehicle to Brandon Honda and the service advisor, Seth, listened as I detailed the problem, and then asked if I had some time to spend at the dealership. He explained that rather than simply checking/recharging/replacing the battery, that a series of tests should be run to determine the cause of the recurring battery failure. I agreed, and proceeded to the waiting area to enjoy the very tasty treats that are available there! Seth, being current on Honda Bulletins, recognized immediately that there had been similar issues experienced by other Cr-v owners, and arranged for exhaustive electrical and analytical tests to be conducted. One of the tests, called "GR8", detected some software deficiencies in my vehicles' electronic control unit (PCM), and installed two updates associated with alternator/battery charging. Throughout the four hours that I spent at Bandon Honda, both Seth and the Service Manager, Megan Williamson, kept me abreast of the tests in progress, while assuring me that they were committed to identifying and resolving the Cr-v's problem. No one likes to while away the hours in waiting rooms, but, I must tell you, Seth and Megan made it a not unpleasant stay for me. I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by both Seth and Megan, and their eagerness to demonstrate true customer service. These folks not only repaired the car, they restored my confidence in the vehicle, and put my wife's mind at ease about being stranded with a dead battery. I am so grateful for their determination in resolving "the great battery issue". Thanks Brandon Honda! Oh, did I mention that Seth treated me to lunch, arranged for my car to be washed and gave me a couple of delicious chocolate chip cookies along with my car keys? Hanani has always went above and beyond with the quality of service I've received in the past and I wont schedule service with anyone else. He always makes me feel very welcomed and genuinely cares about the service I receive. I spoke with him about exploring trading in my car and checking out others. When he referred me to Mark, I was a little concerned I've never had good experience with Salesmen. Keep in mind I went in for service and decided to "explore a sale" but not to make one. They've always rushed me to a decision in the past and in the end you really don't get what you want but instead just what they had. Mark was very patient and personable. He asked about what I was looking for and showed me a few used cars on the lot to give me some ideas about the purchase. I went on a few test drives and still could not make up my mind. Then on the way back he showed me the new cars explained to me which ones had what and finally i found the model i was looking for. Although the interior wasn't what i needed i told him what i would like he checked to make sure it was possible then checked the lot to find that there was a car fitting all of my needs and brought it down. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE! We discussed the price and options as far as leasing the car. He called in Ferris to help explain and work what i could afford and other options. Ferris was very detailed and to the point. I don't believe i was confused one time. He explained options he could give and what i would like after a discussion we came to a deal and he made it happen. I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my 2014 accord and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my service or future purchases. I will send all my family and friends that way knowing they'll be treated amazing and they'll receive absolutely excellent service the moment they pull up. More
I purchased a used Nissan Armada from Brandon Honda that required some maintenance. Mary took care of listening to every concern I had about the vehicle. She is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Mary took one look at the door and knew exactly what the problem was, got us scheduled for maintenance and fix the issue.
