John Tremblay was a great help with 3 back-to-back tire problems I had with my vehicle. He was extremely friendly and helpful and I trust him 100% when it comes to my car. Since moving to the Greater Tampa area in 2011 I started taking my Honda Accord to Brandon Honda for service. Mary Kress has been my Service Manager during this time. I have her in my phone and whenever I need a service I call her. She works with me on my schedule, always is extremely polite, friendly and upbeat. She insures that I understand what will be done, how long it should take and the pricing. Yesterday I had my timing belt and spark plugs replaced for my 100,000 mile service. Brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for its oil change. They changed the oil and oil filter and did a lube job. They topped off the fluids and did a free inspection. A free car wash was also included. I am in sales and drive a lot of miles every year. I have owned a variety of cars over the years and try to use the dealerships for service to keep my car running as close to new as possible. I have owned Ch owned a variety of cars over the years and try to use the dealerships for service to keep my car running as close to new as possible. I have owned Chevys, Fords, Chryslers, Mitsubishis, Nissans, etc. and now a Honda. From my first phone call till I picked my car up after being serviced, this was the best service performance I have ever experienced at any dealership. I had been using another Honda dealership the last few months and the relationship was leaving me with doubts and questions. I called Brandon Honda and spoke with Hanani and from that point on my questions were answered thoroughly, follow up was punctual and detail was taken on making sure that my car was repaired and that I understood all of the repairs as well as what I need to have done in the future. This is my first time to ever respond to a dealer performance evaluation, but it is justified. You have a new customer and I will recommend this dealership for sales and service. This was my first experience with the Service Department, other then the day I purchased my car on December 28, 2013. From the moment I was greeted by John Tremblay until the time service on my car was comp other then the day I purchased my car on December 28, 2013. From the moment I was greeted by John Tremblay until the time service on my car was completed, I had awesome service. Not only did they change the oil, but they also detailed the outside of my car. While sitting in the waiting area, my salesman, Hassan Slim, saw me, came over and asked me how my son and daughter-in-law were doing (he was their salesman as well), and how things were going with my new car. John, upon seeing my "Retired Navy" ball cap on my dash, made sure to thank me for my service and we shared military stories. My daughter and I had lunch from the snack bar, which again, the service and the young lady (whose name I failed to get...young, smiling, pink hat), went out of her way to make sure our service was awesome. Once my service on my car was completed, John walked us out to the car and made sure it met with my satisfaction. John is quite the customer service-oriented gentleman. Brandon Honda is most certainly a high-class dealership that I would recommend to anyone that I know is in the market for a vehicle. More
