The advisor was very nice, and the video was good and informative. It took two hours, however, and the car was dirty when I received it again. As soon as I got in my car, my pants had a large black stain on the back of my upper thigh--it was from my seat. The mechanic who got in it had to have had some grease or debri on their pants. I'm glad it was the complimentary oil change, because if it hadn't been I would have demanded it to be fixed then and there. Because it had taken so long, however, I was late for another appointment and had to get going. I can truthfully say I have no desire to go back and have my car serviced at this dealership. More

I was obvious sold a car with brake maintenance defects but not cover by the I brought-- my bad. To add to insult, when I left, I was given my keys and my car was in the small lot, as if I knew where tha but not cover by the I brought-- my bad. My service advisor Kyle wasn’t the most helpful. It took me 20 minutes after I got there to even come out. Mine was the first appointment in the morning.
