Waited twenty minutes just to be checked in. Four customers behind me and who came in after me were checked in before I was. Was told the ninety minute safety recall for which I made a 9:00 am appt for was going to take well over three hours. Also, I asked for a sales person to appraise my vehicle since Brandon Honda is always offering to buy it back, but that was never done. Car wasn't finished and me being able to pick it up until about 4:00 pm. More
