You should not have been told that the repair would be completed without us confirming the part’s availability. I regret the misunderstanding surrounding the oil change benefits. I understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information, especially when signs in our dealership reference the program. Honda Pass is a program that provides specific oil change intervals based on your vehicle's maintenance minder system, which alerts when service is needed (e.g., 15% oil life or lower). I recognize that this was not clearly explained to you, and I take full responsibility for that lack of clarity. I am also pleased to hear that Anthony Johnson provided you with excellent service.
