My last service was slow and sloppy. I had appointment at 7 AM but when I arrived, I had to wait. Not only that during my service I had a video to watch for the progress, but the video h I had appointment at 7 AM but when I arrived, I had to wait. Not only that during my service I had a video to watch for the progress, but the video had nothing except my tag. When I come to the service desk, I was told my service was done after two hours of waiting. But I went outside to get my car. I had to wait for another more than 30 minutes for my car. I noticed the display was messed up and I asked for help. It took five people. to finally get the display straight. Now I just realized yesterday that the hood was not secured properly. One side has bigger crack than the other side while my car had no collision with anything. Oh one more thing one requested oil change at Brenda Honda Service I was ignored. My two message to the service desk was not noticed until I came up to the service desk to get my car. Since the service was done already at the time as the person told me, I didn’t want to wait for another two hours to have a oil change so it was unresolved. More
