I have made a new review reflecting this new issue. EDIT: I was contacted by Cassandra, who is the manager of their financial department. I came in and explained everything that happened. Upon my arrival she told me that she already expedited the cancelation of the extended warranties, provided some compensation for my troubles, and assured me that they do not work with people who lie and cheat their clientele, which should give you a clue as to what happened with him. Cassandra was very understanding of my feelings in this situation and she did more than right by me. I will continue to support Brandon Honda! ORIGINAL PARTIAL REVIEW: Financial Manager Sha is a liar... Told me I had to purchase 2 extended warranties in order for the bank to finance my car. Not only is this not true, it's unethical, and illegal! Here is my email to their GM: Yesterday, 5-25, I called Brandon Honda to talk to someone about figuring out how I needed to make payments since I never received the welcome packet from the bank. This was no ones fault as I am fairly sure it was lost when someone broke into the mailboxes where I live. She told me the bank was Florida Credit Union and that she would email me all the paperwork in my account. Upon receiving the paperwork, I noticed the 2 forms for the extended warranties that Sha told me were required to receive financing. I decided to read the warranties, and it specifies that it is not required to purchase the warranty to finance the vehicle. One was from "Ultimate Security" in the amount of $1,200, and the other was from "TRUVSC" in the amount of $2,917...... More

Brandon Honda will sell you the car knowing it has $9,680 dollar worth of services to include power-steering, rusted undercarriage, leaking exhaust, etc.. When I showed up to ask how its possible that a $13,770 Used HONDA CRV 2011, purchased from the establishment less than 4 months/3K miles ago all of the sudden needed over $9K worth of work. I got "Well its over 10 years old, this is all normal, you don't have to do everything right now." I will say my service manager was respectful and printed off the service record but really? So I review the record and immediately asked to speak to the General Manager because I see very clearly they recommended serviced associated with the majority of the $9K in services. I am deeply concerned with the safety of the vehicle now because I also see they knew the engine moved a lot because of rust (see pictures). I hoped maybe when discussing with the GM I could maybe give the car back at a loss cuz 9.6K for a 13.7K or negotiate something because I assumed this had to be an oversight as pretty sure the vehicle had to be safe to drive to be sold in Florida? But he wasn't available and apparently the 2nd in charge is not authorized to make costumer negotiations. More
