LaQuita Smith, "Q," was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process and beyond. In fact, I had not planned to buy a car that day, although I had been thinking about it. I brought my old CRV in for an oil change and other maintenance. After making the decision to buy the new car that day, I had to transfer a lot of stuff from the old car to the new. And I managed to forget several items, most importantly my garage door opener. I called Q twice, as I thought of the left-behind things, and she retrieved them from the car and had them ready for me when I came to pick them up the next day. Q was personable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I see that her name is not on the list of sales personnel, perhaps because she is new to the dealership, but I would certainly give her a five star rating.
