Can’t say enough…. . had an issue getting home with a BRAND new passport. Chris Irving offered to cancel a family trip to drive 2 hours to me. We were looking for a first car for our 16 year old son and there was one posted on there website that my son liked that was also in his cash budget. I contacted the dealership through email and text and c and there was one posted on there website that my son liked that was also in his cash budget. I contacted the dealership through email and text and connected with both a salesperson and one of the managers who worked with me over 3 days to find a time to come into the dealership so my son could test drive the car. We drove an hour to the dealership after confirming that morning with both the sales associate and the manager that we were coming to test drive the car. When we got there, the sales person had us wait inside while he went to get the car and bring it up front. When he came back, there was no car and he claimed that the car did not pass their mechanical inspection and was sold to auction. Why would you put the car on your website and speak to a customer and make an appointment for them to drive an hour to test drive it for it to not be there and have been sold to auction. This is poor business practice and what a bad experience for our teenagers first experience buying a car. I certainly would not return to Brandon Honda to buy our next new car after this experience with our son. Our sales person, Zachary was friendly with us and seemed surprised that the car wasn’t there but he should have confirmed that morning before we made the drive over. More
