Made an online appointment for Sunday, Aug 6, @ 0800. Came in for oil change and two recalls, after 4 hour, no oil change! Service rep (can't remember her name), initially told me I couldn't use my ser Came in for oil change and two recalls, after 4 hour, no oil change! Service rep (can't remember her name), initially told me I couldn't use my service coupon because the service would be completed before 10 (said warranty company won't except coupon on Sunday's until after 10. I never received a text saying my car was ready, so I walked over to her desk and said since it is after 10, I want to use my service coupon. She said, "Oh, I didn't think you wanted the oil change." She said they can do the oil change, but it would be another 30-40 minutes. I told her I will set up another appointment for the oil change. So after 4 hours the only thing completed was the recall on the seat belt and seat belt clip, no oil change! I don't know if the service department checks on the online appointments and the reasons for the appointment, but they should. I shouldn't have to pull up and have them ask me what I'm here for. Check the reason on the online appointment. This is the first time in five years of coming to Brandon Honda that anything has happened to me like this. More

I had an issue with a financial manager who sold me $4k in warranties that I did not need by telling me that they were required by the bank to get my vehicle. This is not only a lie, it is illegal. After meeting with Cassandra in their financial department, she told me that she sent in the cancelation forms needed to cancel the warranties and that it "SHOWS CANCELED" on the website, so I should see the return into the account in 6-8 weeks. It has now been over 2 months and no funds have been put into my account. I texted Cassandra about this and she told me that she no longer works at Brandon Honda and that I definitely should've already gotten the funds. Now I am assuming she never even sent in the cancellation forms. I have also tried twice in the last week through their website to get someone to contact me about this, I am told that a manager will contact me (the first time they said someone would call me that day)... This review will remain up until I see the funds reflected in my account. More
