I leased a car from them. I got a great deal. Everyone was nice. I am an experienced car buyer and can smell xx. They negotiated fairly and didn't pull any shenanigans. I went I got a great deal. I went to tried in my lease and they ended up buying it from me for a fair price, putting a profit in MY pocket, and explained all my options for a lease buyout. Grace and Chris Weiss were honest and super cool to deal with. I left knowing that i got a fair hassle-free deal (maybe a little negotiation) but left them some room to resel and make money on their end. Mike McKenna was awesome. They even paid for an Uber to get me home!!! What???? I'll be back. More

Poor customer service, dishonest sales reps, dishonest sales practices, runs multiple credit pulls when only one was authorized, rude management, etc. Specifically told the sales rep Youssef that I only a sales practices, runs multiple credit pulls when only one was authorized, rude management, etc. Specifically told the sales rep Youssef that I only authorized one credit pull, which he notated on the folder, yet credit was pulled twice, and he pretented he didn't know that. Manager Sam came in and lied about credit being pulled twice for "compliance" when Honda Financial Services Corporate Office in Torrance, CA verified that Sam's statement is not true. Find another Honda dealership to buy from unless you feel like being taken advantage of and lied to. More
